Great tracking

I’ve had this product using it for about six days. I couldn’t really think of a reason not to give it a five star. This device was placed in a car and has been running since Saturday today is Thursday. There are sleep modes when not in use in other words when the car’s not running the tracking is sometimes lagged if there’s not good service, but for the most part is tracking really well.There are a lot of features I like such as notifications history you can see an entire route for the past hour two hours three hours four hours a day. I think the battery is still at 90%. You can set up areas that you really want notified for and it will email you.So far so goodVer más

This ain’t no Tile tracker! No comparison! with update

Every once and a while I get surprised with a product I bought from Amazon on how good or bad it is that I stop life in its trucks and get reviewing. This is one of them.I am beyond impressed on this purchase. I bought one, started using it, then immediately bought two more. For a long time I’ve been using Tile for my trackers. This product… ain’t no tile! It’s wayyyyyyy way way way better than tile. It has SO MANY features that are so damn impressive I am settling down to right about each of them I have noticed or used so far. And mind you, I know for a FACT there are SO many optional features you have complete control of turning on or off to personalize your tracker using experience that I know I haven’t even begun to explore all of them, so you will notice more. Except for cursing myself for all the money and time I spent using tiles products, I’m super happy with the way I have things set up on all of my Tracki trackers (love the name) so I don’t have a need to mess with any other optional features that u might like to take advantage of. And all of them are free to use or not use, though keep in mind, u can’t use this tracker at all without their base subscription for using their service, of which you have tiers of packages to choose from based on your needs. We will get into that later in this review. Let’s begin.I’m not one to care about product packaging but to put it this way, the thing is packaged better than all my Ring cameras and outdoor camera lights I’ve purchased. And the product itself is remarkably heavy for its size (the trackers size is about half of an American dollar bill in width and length) there is no doubt these trackers are made with good material. Inside the package comes with a charger, pamphlet in well written English (u will have zero need for it because of its simplicity and the app) and multiple options for u to choose how you want to attach the tracker to the object u want to track. All of these methods are extremely sturdy and strong as hell. Yet, at the same time they all allow you to detach from its “base” for removal to recharge it and then slide and click it back into its base. For example, I chose the magnet option for attaching my trackers to the vehicles I’m tracking. No joke… the magnets are damn near lethally strong… as I said I bought two more trackers and accidentally let two of the magnet bases within a six inch vicinity of each other…it hurt my hand like hell which was in the way of the two magnets when they came smashing into each other. Then… to get them apart I need to ask a strong man who used tools to separate them. Letting me know… at least I have no worry at all that my trackers will detach from the cars I am tracking. There is also a sticky foam option for attaching your base and a screw-on base with screws if u want a more permanent presence.Soon as you get your tracker the first thing u do is charge it with the provided charger (c type). I charged mine overnight probably 24 hours. The battery life is in no other words INSANE! I mean… I’m just in such shock that these cheap devices… crazy…it’s just one of my best purchases ever on Amazon that’s for sure. It’s been about 3 weeks on that same charge (I have the best package they offer to track and report to me every 15 seconds which is almost direct in real time tbh) and checking now it’s 39% still! Going at that rate… one single overnight charge with the highest package to track every 15 seconds… should last over one month. AND! And… I opted out of an option they have in settings to turn battery saver on after one hour of not moving But movement will then trigger it to reactivate back to its online state. Just impressive to me is all I’m saying… especially for the cost of this item!Moving on… download their app,you will need it and u should love it. Like I said.. so so many options and features that I would spend hours writing details and opinions on them all. So I can’t go into all of it you will just see yourself.When u get the app, next u will get the easy, I think… it’s maybe four or five super super easy steps worth of set up will pop up. The second step in these easy instructions is to choose your data plan subscription (I say “data plan” because this tracker comes with its very own built in SIM card… no more guessing if you have to buy one that’s actually compatible). You will have to pay for the subscription and u will need it in order to use the tracker. I think they range from 19.99 to 29.99.Once you’re live, you should take some time exploring all the features and options in the app. You could play around with its speed limit alert notification, where when u click this on, you get to choose what mph u want the tracker to be going for you to b alerted. There’s more, like low battery alerts and geofencing. Not to mention a plethora of how-to informative videos in its own section.One of its BEST features in my opinion it’s how to contact help. There’s no comparison like being able to pick up the phone and get a live rep right away (sounds to me like the reps are right here in the good old USA as opposed to overseas if u know what I mean the language/accent barrier). There’s also live chat which I have also used and once again, right away at any time I’ve reached out I always get someone there and ready to help me. And I think there’s an email option too but that’s just not for me.Well there you have it. I know I’m forgetting to include some details in this review but I’m an avid updater so I will def come back to this review with more info should I think it would be helpful to you.*** Update*** I just learned from Support (just offering this information to me without me even asking, which I thought was very nice!) that these trackers also come with a lifetime warranty, including loss, theft, damage etc! I mean cmonnnnnn! Super happy with this purchase!

A MUST HAVE if you care for an aging relative

I love this tracker. My mother is aging and does not always carry her cell phone. And sometimes, even if she has her cell phone, she will not answer it. LOL. We use this tracker on my mother's vehicle to ensure that we know where she is and that she is in a safe place. This allows her to be independent AND provides a way for us to locate her. The battery life is amazing. It takes one or two minutes (sometimes faster, just depends) to locate her with satellite imagery. The size is perfect. We put it under the hood in the engine compartment in a location where it will not interfere with any of the mechanics of her vehicles. We love it. We are on our second edition...and are considering buying one for all of our vehicles.Ver más

Tracks well!

Actual product is great, it's the service that isn't.

Let's just get to it. I had one a few years ago from the same company, so I decided to get a new one and have it active for a bit. Everything went flawlessly. It updates well, and after a bit of messing around it's easy to figure out how to use the various features. It's not 100% accurate with location, but it is pretty close. It uses 4G so its basically older technology bouncing around from tower to tower and may not be fully supported by every tower. The connectivity seems fine. Pretty durable. All around it is a good value for the money. I don't seem to receive the notifications always however. But this could again be due to it using 4G.My only complaint is I cancelled the service thinking I gave it a good test run and I'll stick it in my desk for another time. Then something came up and I changed my mind. I'll be traveling for a bit and wouldn't it be nice to know for sure where my spare car is during that time? So I decided since tomorrow it is set to expire I'll add an additional month of service. Nothing flawless there though. Can't find a way to do it at all on their website even though I'm logged into my account. It says I can do it via the app, but when I click to add my card and have it charge it, it says " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR 1 MONTH ON 2026-07-24". And it still shows my cancellation date is tomorrow, August 24, 2026! How can it renew on 2026 07 24? Will it go back in time? I don't have time to figure out if it's charged my card or not. According to the screen shot I have it seems like it may have, but I don't know so I'll have to wait a day or two to figure it out. And since it's a Sunday and I'm going to be busy I don't know time to figure out why a company that's been around for so long can't allow people to re-up their subscription on their website, or why their app isn't continuing my subscription after it says I paid for it. It means either wasting time back and forth in email or over the phone, so it'll have to wait until another time. Very big let down because it was mostly a good experience and worth me continuing for a bit more and even considering it as something I'd pull out of my desk and use on my personal vehicle or spare vehicle when I'm away from home. But if it's going to be this much of a mess I don't have time for it.Ver más

Every one Needs one of these Trackers!!!

I definitely recommend every person with a vehicle should get one of these trackers!!!My Truck was stolen from me a while ago then I was lucky enough to get it back without the RCMP’s help. Yes I did report my truck as stolen but the police around here don’t seem to care to much about catching vehicle thieves unless u drive a brand new vehicle it seems like. Well we’re in from at least. But anyway when I got my truck back and got it fixed up as much as I could so I could drive it again safely. I still have really bad ptsd from when my truck was stolen from me. I diecided to find a gps unlimited location tracker for olderVehicles especially like my truck.And I came across this tracker. I tell u it comforts me so much to know where my truck is at all times and I get alerts on my phone whenever it moves or is driving away. This tracker works so good it sends me alerts on my phone when someone drives by my truck or even if someone goes into my truck it goes off lol. And I can see the location history and everything. I tell you this tracker is the best wayTo be able to get your vehicle back or catch them (nasty vehicle thief’s /Truck / Car Nappers ) before they take off. But if they do take off in ur vehicle u can see exactly we’re ur vehicle is at all times so u have a much better chance to get ur vehicle back in one piece. I have one of these trackers in all of my vehicles now and I won’t live without having one now!!!Ver más
