  Sound is great, cute esthetic..

  Almost awesome.

  Overall it’s great! The speaker is louder and clearer than I’d expected. It plays smoothly and the 45 adapter also works well. I also like that has RCA inputs and included the cable for external speakers.Now for the 2 things that I hate:As soon as the record ends it switches to Bluetooth mode and loudly proclaims such, then connects to your device. So when you switch back to modern life and start watching random cat videos on the Insta, your turn table starts mowing in the other room as you wonder why you can’t hear anything on your phone.The blue light of blindness. Bluetooth mode changes the LED from a solid red that displays while a record is playing to an obnoxious flashing blue that can be seen from the next zip code. Like I’ve had family members insist I stop this thing from flashing at their retinas. Once music is digitally playing it switches to a solid blue, but it it’s still offensive to eyes. Imagine those blue LED Christmas lights, but in your living room. Gag.Initially I thought that Bluetooth would be a nice feature to have, but the last thing I want is my turntable talking to me and making unnecessary announcements, then throwing the equivalent of LED flash bangs into my house.I purchased this with an Amazon gift card as I wanted to sit and enjoy some vinyl. Had I not had the gift card I likely would have bought a vintage turntable locally.Ver másVer menos

I really appreciated that it supports three speeds—33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM which allowed me to play vinyl records of different sizes, from 7" singles to 12" LPs, so I could enjoy a wide range of music.The built-in speakers deliver clear, balanced sound, and I even tried connecting it to external speakers through the RCA output and the sound was even better!   The replacement was perfect!

  The first one I bought totally didn't work even after I tried the suggestions to fix it - I had to rip the bottom off since it was glued to get to the motor to try and increase the turntable speed so it was returned. The second one I recieved as a replacement works perfectly and I am very happy with it. I recieved the replacement before I even got the defective one to UPS. Thank you Amazon!Ver másVer menos

  This is For Newbies And Looks, Not Hi-Fi Aficionados.

  So you want to buy a record player. Good for you! Do you want it to play beautifully right out of the box? Do you want your vinyls to sing like the band is in the room with you? If you said yes to either of these questions, you're in the wrong place. You're gonna want to do a lot more research into turntables, and probably invest in a model whose price is several hundreds of dollars, not under a single one.Now, if that didn't scare you away, let me ask you some different questions. Do you just want to be able to play vinyls in general, with minimal hassle? Do you like the idea of investing some time and money into tinkering with your machine, to become more skilled as an enthusiast and make noticeable improvements to your sound quality? Do you want a set piece that looks cool and retro, whether or not it plays well? Do you actually kind of like the soft scratchy quality in a record's playback?If you answered yes to one or more of those, this product is up your alley.This portable record player is not for the seasoned or the particular, in my opinion. It's for folks like me, relative novices that just want some hardware that will interface with a vinyl record and make the pretty sounds come out. It's for people that are in love with the aesthetic of records, and would like their playing experience to look good first, sound good later. It's for the hobby engineer, that wants to take a basic set of machinery and electronics, take it apart, put it back together with new parts, and carefully troubleshoot their device until it's running as good as they can get it.If any of that appeals to you, I'd encourage you to buy this player! It's pretty bargain bin stuff on the inside, but if you take good care of it and don't mind buying upgrade parts later down the line, it looks nice and has a lot of potential for improvement.P.S. If you aren't sure where to start with upgrading, I'd recommend starting by buying a diamond tipped needle, or stylus. The terms are interchangeable.   Sounds great and looks nice too.

  This is my first record player and I am very pleased with my purchase. Have never heard music on another record player so cant compare it with others but otherwise the sound quality is definitely much better than the quality from a digital medium.
