  Very disappointed

  I have no idea what the positive reviews are about.Pluses: Waterproof and easy to seal. No problems using phones while in pouches... Out of the water.Minus too gigantic to ignore: Completely WORTHLESS in the ocean. Neither my my wife or I could use these as described. The touch screen did not respond to our fingers when we went snorkeling... And we TRIED. Over and over. Oh, but both of us experienced the baffling behavior of our phones when we didn't touch them. My email program was open, and a game my wife likes was open. The phones subsequently refused any attempted input to dismiss the wrong app and use the camera.Not one picture of anything was taken. I left mine on the boat for our second snorkeling excursion, and was able to simply enjoy the the wildlife without foaming at mouth over just how bad these are for their intended purpose. I am hoping that the return window will still be open when we get home. "Disappointed" is not adequate.YMMV... Widely.Ver másVer menos

  Perfect way to keep large smartphones safe while at the pool or beach

  I have a cruise coming up in 2 weeks and in the past I've used more value tier phone pouches on previous cruises however the challenge with them is that they don't accommodate larger smartphones very well. I use a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and this Pelican XL case is perfect. It comfortably fits my phone with its popsocket affixed on the back without any stretching or distortion of the case. While it is definitely not one of the cheapest, if you use a large phone this is going to protect it exceptionally well as its waterproof with the bonus of being able to float. The touchscreen works fine through the plastic and the cameras are not obstructed on the rear. I am looking forward to using this on my upcoming trip as well as future excursions.Ver másVer menos

  Never leaked! iPhone sensors don't work in the ocean, but there's a fix. Not the pouchs fault.

  So, so happy we bought this to snorkel in Hawaii. We have iPhone 15 Pro phones and purchased the ex-large size. The phone was easy to slip in and out. My husband kept his phone, room key and bus pass in the pouch.I didn't feel confident enough to trust my expensive phone to a pouch, so I put my phone inside a zip lock snack size bag and then into the pouch, although it never leaked. (We were very careful to ensure no sand got in to interfere with the lock system.) I still got great videos with the bag around the phone. I set the phone up for video holding it out of the water and then I would just press the sensor button to start the video before bringing it underwater. I kept it set up that way while snorkeling. I did make the mistake of thinking I was videoing when I wasn't, and visa versa, but that was due to my excitement at what I was seeing. You can set the side button to take photos, but that may work better with the smaller size so that it's tight against the edge. I didn't do it that way.The pouch just floated along beside my shoulder area. It never bothered me and was easy to grab. I was surprised at how much I appreciated that it would float. I think it would be annoying to have that weight around my neck just hanging there, and I felt better it wasn't always underwater. Make sure you tighten the strap a bit so it doesn't slip off of your neck in rough water. Check out my video (this is with the zip lock bag around the phone!Ver másVer menos

  Waterproof/sand proof past 10ft in depth. Camera window feature

  I highly recommend that BEFORE you put your expensive items into this pouch; Close it up with nothing inside, and submerge it under water. This will 100% guarantee the water proofing. Pelican is know for its durability and perfection. This product was just that. I have a long phone and this pouch held it perfectly. There is a clear spot for you to be able to use your camera and it worked perfect. I was able to not only fit my phone but other items as well. I used it everyday for 5 days straight in rough seas and has absolutely no water come through. I was using it to about 10 feet in depth, It also held the sand out too.   XL Size is huge

  The XL size, just the front window opening is slightly larger than a Pixel 7Pro with a case on it, lots of extra room in all directions, overall pouch is the sizt of a tablet. However, I also wanted to be able to slide in ID, credit cards, cash, and perhaps car keys and it will all fit — perhaps a bit conspicuous, but it will all fit.Ver másVer menos

  Truly waterproof!

  We purchased these for our iPhone 14 Pro Max and 15 Pro Max (both fit perfectly without being too tight) to go on a very watery adventure in Mexico. They surely lived up to the claims. We swam in caves, wore them on ziplines, kayaked, and the phones were protected, floated in the cases and we never had any water filtration. The other FABULOUS thing is that the picture quality was not compromised at all! You could even hear audio on the many videos I took. We did not find the face ID to work through the case, but all the other features far outweighed that fact for us. We would highly recommend and would purchase again!Ver másVer menos

  完璧に防水

  完璧でした。でも、流石に最初は怖くて旅行前に浸水テストをしましたが、中身に入れたティッシュは一切濡れませんでした。これにスマホやホテルのカードキー、クレジットカード・数枚の紙幣を入れて、プールや海で激しく泳いだり、ビーチで砂にも埋もれましたが、中は全く濡れず安心でした。ロックもしやすく、取り出しやすいし、デザインもほかの製品と比べてちゃんとしているため、大満足でした。

  Fit for purpose and quality you would expect from the brand

  No problems using for snorkeling. I.e no leaks. The touch screen element can be useful and annoying at the same time. Sometimes unintended functions can happen but I think this is par for the course with this type. Feels high quality. At the reduced price I got it for I think good value.Ver másVer menos
