My son have it as a supplement and he likes them, have a good price and comes in a good quantity, they are great for every day and specially when they are catching a cold

Good for adults too if u need to take at 125mg with iron supplement. Its not too sweet just 1g sugar tangy taste much better than adult version sugary gummies. And one gummy per serving is best
