No more buying bags of ice
I’ve been using this ice maker from EUHOMY and honestly, I love it. It’s compact, easy to set up, and starts making ice quickly. Within a short amount of time, it produces a good batch of ice, which is perfect for daily use, drinks, or small gatherings. The handle makes it easy to move around, and the countertop size doesn’t take up much space, which is great if you don’t have a lot of room in your kitchen. The ice it produces is solid and works well for both drinks and cooling items. It’s also pretty simple to operate—just add water, press a button, and let it do its thing. Cleaning is straightforward as well, which makes maintenance easy.Overall, this has been a great addition and definitely worth it if you want a convenient way to make ice at home without relying on trays or buying bags of ice.Ver másVer menos

This icemaker is the real deal!!
I purchased a $179 icemaker from a different Amazon vendor about a year ago and what I got was a heavy, loud, complicated machine full of valves that clogged, 4 buttons for controls that needed pushing 3-4 times to do anything, that only after 2 months quit making ice entirely. Even when it did make ice, the ice was of a shape nobody in the house liked, and it was thin and melted easily.i worked with the manufacturer for over a week trying to get it working again- they were responsive but even they had no idea why it quit.Fast forward to this amazing ice machine..only one power button that works perfectly, no hoses, valves or removable water buckets etc- just pour clean water into it, turn it on, and 8 minutes later have ice! This machine is much smaller, MUCH lesscomplicated, MUCHquieter, etc and it makes just as much ice as the old one did with zero input but "add water, turn it on"No wonder my old one got discontinued!! This machine is WAY ahead of it design-and-function wise!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 STARSVer másVer menos

Great budget friendly ice maker
I really like this ice maker overall. The color looks great in person and fits nicely on my counter. It’s super easy to use—just add water and it starts making ice right away. One of the best things about it is how fast it works; it produces ice surprisingly quickly, which is perfect when you need it on demand. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s on the smaller side, so you do have to check on it occasionally to make sure the tray doesn’t fill up. But honestly, that’s expected for a compact unit.Overall, it does exactly what I need and works really well. Great value for the price.Ver másVer menos

Does what it says. Wish for more friendly long term freezing though.
This machine seems to be really nice. I’ve received it, cleaned it, and ran a few cycles of ice on it. The packaging was very specific to leave upright on counter for 24 hrs before plugging in and using to make sure refrigerant settled after being delivered due to delivery men not always keeping products upright and all that. So far it seems to be working great. I might regret not buying one that does mini ice chips, but we bought this because our fridge ice maker can’t keep up with our family of 7 for water bottles and ice packs. I like that this makes bullet ice in 6 minutes. After several batches I can confirm that yes it does do what it says. 8 cubes per 6 minutes. Some have complained of the noise. It’s a low constant hum when making the ice. Some make think its loud. This is our first countertop ice maker so I don’t have another one to compare it to. I made a video so you can all see for yourselves. I also took video of the ice filling and dropping processes so you can see. It has sensors to stop it from overfilling. It was easy to clean. Recommendations lemon or distilled water instead of tap. I just fill it from my filtered fridge water. It will run until full or water is out. You would have to keep emptying the ice tray and refilling the water to make the quantity it says it can do in a day. Not bad though. My only worry with this machine is that you have to keep emptying the tray into a freezer tray otherwise all the ice made will melt again. I might spend more to find one that stays cold. Still deciding what I want to do about the noise and ice sizing and melting issue. Otherwise this machine seems to be really good for what it says it does. Seems good quality. Has handle for transporting to campouts. Yet it says to keep out of the sunlight and in room temps. Away from stovetops and ovens. Seems a bit hard to find the right spot in a kitchen with windows and ovens and stovetops spread out. That is probably why it has a clear lid. For you to see and take out. Not cold friendly lid.Ver másVer menos

Makes a lot of ice in not a lot of time
Very easy to use, and it makes a lot of ice in a short time. The first few batches it makes won’t be great while the cooling system chills, so let them stay and melt back into the water. After that they’re perfect! Don’t let the cubes sit too long as this thing isn’t a freezer; put them into your own freezer after every couple of cycles. They’ll be a little wet and will want to clump together, so be sure to shake them around in your container every time you add cubes. An ice pick is highly recommended. It’s quiet enough that we often forget it’s running, at least until we hear it dump a fresh batch of ice into the tray. We use it regularly and it’s always worked well. Highly recommended!Ver másVer menos

Like it a lot
It's been running 24/7 since the day I got it about four months ago. No problems at all. It fills my 20oz thermal mug with a little to spare and recovers quickly. But if you're looking to fill a cooler this isn't for you. It cycles about every hour to hour and a half as the ice melts back to the reservoir. And runs for just a few minutes. it sits in my solar shed where I work often and always has ice ready for me. It is a little power hungry when its running. I make my own power so I don't really notice. I only noticed the current load when I first started it up. Don't know how that compares to other models and might be worth looking at the specs closer if its important to you.But for me, I give it two thumbs up!Ver másVer menos

Good, but moldy
It does make ice faster than the refrigerator freezer. The only “loud” noise is when the ice drops, for me at least. It’s pretty good. The downside is that the ice melts fast. And I’m not sure if it’s just me, but after a few months I noticed it started to get mold. It has now become a real problem, I’m not even using it anymore. About every month or so, mold starts building up on the bottom corners and where the ice drops down, as well as the cover that covers the ice when it’s freezing the water. I’ve had to unscrew the top just so that I can clean it up using a baby bottle cleaner. I even bought the cleaner and let it self clean, I use filtered water (have since day 1), and yet the mold builds up faster everytime. It’s been over a year now, so I doubt I can return it. It sucks because summer is coming up and this was actually a good ice maker. I know I can clean it up, but it’s annoying having to do it every 3-4 weeks. It didn’t last me a year before the mold started to appear.Ver másVer menos

Works for my need.
I got this bb/c my ice maker in fridge would no longer MAKE ice but would dispense ice. It arrived with one "foot" a tiny bit shorter then rest so just the smallest of a wabble IF you make it but if it fit my need I did not want to full with return. It makes ice perfectly and quickly. But it does melt fairly quickly. I make ice when I am around the kitchen to put in my dispenser.Ver másVer menos

I wouldn’t
The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

Good quality and not super loud.
Easy to work and so far reliable. Have been using for over a month and the whole family is very happy with this purchase. Good quality and not loud, only when filling water and the ice drops and its only a few moments each time.

Almost perfect
Easy to setupMakes ice in a couple of minutesEasy to cleanCompactWe use a lot of ice and we never run outTo clean it I run the self cleaning and wipe the bottom when it's done and so far its impeccableOnly small detail that could be improved is that the temperature inside the tray could be colder since the ice starts melting pretty fast compared to others I've seenFunctionally it's no issue since it make more automatically anytime a little bit has melted but it makes the ice clumps together which could be improvedVer másVer menos
