Finally, a Car Mount That Doesn’t Yeet My Phone Into the Footwell
The Coolpow MagSafe mount grabs my phone like it’s afraid I’ll drop it again — which, to be fair, is a reasonable fear. Even on Fort Worth’s finest pothole obstacle courses, this thing hangs on tighter than my last shred of dignity. The magnet is strong enough to keep my phone steady, but not so strong that I need a gym membership to pull it off.Charging stays solid, the build feels premium, and unlike the bargain-bin mounts I’ve bought before, this one doesn’t wobble, sag, or launch my phone into orbit. Honestly, it’s the most reliable MagSafe mount I’ve used — and I’ve tested enough of them to qualify as a part-time crash dummy.Ver másVer menos

Zero Issues!!!
Very strong magnet and holds super well, even on bumpy roads. I did not think I would be able to use the air vent because it's so closed to the shift lever. I also did not think I would want to because of blocking the air. But it works great and is out of the way. It actually deflects the air down to my legs/crotch so it's cooling nicely. And it's out of the way enough for shifting. I have not tried the adhesive so can't comment on that. It charges as quickly as any plug in my house, even when using navigation so I have no complaints. I just get in and put my phone on the magnet and it's stable and charging. Can't get any easier than that. I love it!Ver másVer menos

Great product. Terrible residue.
Good:Great magnet. Great charging.BAD:Glue foam will never ever ever come off your dash. Ball knob broke on mine. Removed the double side taped on ball joint. The foam adhesive leave a residue that does not remove. Permanently on my dash. Not alcohol. Not heat. Not too gone. Nothing removes it.Only recommended if you don’t use the double side adhesive ball to mount it.Ver másVer menos

Works great... except for Jeep Wrangler owners wanting to use the vent attachment.
It does its job very capably, but Jeep Wrangler owners take note, the vent attachment will not fit with Jeep vents. The magnet keeps the phone very secure which is a major plus. Also, make sure you have a fast charging car outlet adapter. Otherwise, it charges at a snail's pace.Ver másVer menos

good value
It is a decent mount. The steel hook works well. But it is slow charging with a 2.1a round/cigar adapter. Increases cell phone battery about 10% in a 50 min drive.

The vent clamp, the ball connector and the magnetic holder hold the phone tight in place.
Perfect.

Comprehensive kit, rock solid
Cheapest magsafe car mount with quick charger on Amazon... I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's fantastic.Do remember, you can't use wireless charging with android auto - that requires direct connection to the car, that's something no wireless charger can overcome.Comprehensive kit covering vent or sticker mounting, usb A-C cable, cleaning kit, metal rings in case your phone isn't magsafe... It's all there, and it works.I cleaned my dashboard and stuck on the dobbin and it was rock solid immediately - though I left it a day for the glue to bond just in case.My phone is totally secure on it - maybe not in a crash or if I hit a pothole, but and driving which won't give me whiplash, the phone (Google Pixel 9 Pro in a tpu Ringke case with magsafe ring inside) is rock solid. At this price, it's by far the best on Amazon and I honestly can't see what spending more money would achieve.Ver másVer menos
