I Didn't Expect Much
I have a wasteland of hair products under my bathroom sink. I buy them hoping for the miracles they promise then see the results they actually deliver. I hate throwing full bottles away so I try to keep using them but eventually, they all end up under the sink when in a fit of frustration, I decide to try something else. I have naturally curly hair and didn't know for years. I thought it was wavy/ frizzy. I thought I had to either straighten it and it would still find a way to frizz or I had to curl it and it would frizz anyway. I tried gel, mousse, oil, everything. I could never ever just air dry my hair. I looked like a troll when it dried naturally. Finally, I happened across this cream. I don't even know how it came up. It was cheap but I had never tried an air dry cream and thought, why not- it's cheap. It will never work but I bet it smells good. I tried it and I can toss everything under the sink away now. This is what my hair needed. I let it dry slightly, then put this throughout my hair. It does create a cast but that's what keeps my frizz away. After it's fully dry, I can scrunch the cast out with my hands and I have soft natural curls.Ver másVer menos

I have been wanting to try an air dry cream - and I am a big fan of Sun Bum products! I LOVE this. Fresh smell, perfect for my air-dry style all summer, whether at home or a trip!

Smells good but no perfect
A bit sticky but great smell. Never used air dry cream so not sure what to expect.

No frizz
This stuff is great. My hair is naturally frizzy and I live in the south so it gets even worse. But, one dab of Sun Bum and it stays in pretty good shape.No frizz while drying or after.

Slept on for the price!
I actually really love this air dry cream! I have fine, high porosity hair and live in a dry, high elevation climate. Air drying doesn’t usually go well - I end up with limp hair and crunch ends.I decided to start trying creams specifically for air drying and found that many of them are super expensive with pretty meh reviews. Many of them were also missing features I wanted like UV protection. I came across this sun bum cream and figured for the price, I didn’t have much to lose.I’m honestly so happy I gave it a chance! When I use this for air drying, I get a nice little wave in my hair that I usually only get in way more humid climates. My hair feels soft and my ends are crunch-free. The UV protection in it is awesome too - the sun is strong where I live and I’ve noticed my hair is genuinely staying darker this summer.I will say the texture takes some getting used to. I have sensory issues and found it a little overwhelming the first time I put a little in my hands and rubbed it together. Rest assured, it doesn’t feel slimy or weird in your hair…just maybe on your hands lol.For the price, I think this is a super effective air dry cream with some great conditioning ingredients and UV protection which is a huge added bonus.Love this stuff and just bought my second bottle during prime days!Ver másVer menos

Ok I have what I thought was wavy hair and the struggle was real. I'm 51 and this product has definitely been a game changer. I tried other products and got frizz and the humidity was killing my curls. Couple things to know. 1. After a wash really towel dry good. (I use a cotton T-shirt which really has helped with damage to my hair - just a side tip) 2. I tried a dimes worth, quarter worth and nickel worth. My hair is just below my shoulders and for if I can do between a nickel and quarter I get the best results 3. Don't touch it! Either use a defuser (cold air only!!) or air dry! I know it's hard but for best results a must!Ok if you're like me and the front of your hair does its own thing I also put a few sprays of hairspray to get the front to go the right direction. Perfect...no, but helps and doesn't frizz the curl up front. Now let's be honest the girls in the videos you see are showing finished hair, by the end of the day when I've leaned my head back on the couch or headrest in the car or it's a really windy day are my curls perfect....no. But I've bought expensive and inexpensive ect. This by far has been a game changer for what I thought was wavy hair! I have curls! And Bonus...It smells amazing! Like Beach! I usually don't write reviews this long, but if you are looking for something that works and the struggle is real I'd say give this a go! Air dry cream
I have curly hair and do not dru my hair. This product is perfect. I run my fingers through my hair with this product and let my hair dry. I have no frizzy hair.

Great results without an expensive price tag.
Great product at a great price. Bought it to tide me over when my usual air dry cream was out of stock. Keeps my curls soft, defined and frizz-free all day. Subtle coconut fragrance not overpowering. Very impressed, highly recommend.
