  The phone to get if you want small form-factor

  First off, my phone came looking like-new with 100% battery health and an original screen. No signs of use whatsoever, very pleased.I came from a 13 Pro, upgraded to a 14 Pro, then "downgraded" to the 13 Mini as the heft and size were wearing down on me. Since Apple discontinued the Mini series, I figured this was my last chance to get in on this form factor, unless they bring it back for the SE series.For months, I loved everything about this phone. The weight, the size, the capabilities. As time went on, I realized that I am still using my phone just as much as I always do, and the battery was having difficulties keeping up. Yes, I could charge during the day (and I do have a magsafe battery pack) but doing so was annoying. Even moreso, I noticed that the camera quality was a big downgrade, something I didn't think I would care about. I was beginning to miss my old 13 Pro. The 13 Pro had better battery (in my experience) to the 14 Pro, and I remember taking some of my best pictures with it too. So I decided to utilize Amazon Premium Refurbished to get a 13 Pro as well, and I am equally as happy with it.I'm keeping both phones, I have a feeling I'll want the satisfaction of using a tiny phone again once in a while. But ultimately the battery, camera, and 120hz screen left me craving the 13 Pro again. If you don't use your phone way too much like I do and want a smaller iPhone, definitely get this while you still can.Ver másVer menos

  Dead battery, do not buy.

  The battery is completely dead. It won't charge past 1%. It allowed my original iPhone to start the process of transferring data over but stopped after it added my passcode and WiFi info. Other than that, the phone is completely useless. I cannot access any settings, no drop down menu to even to check the battery percentage. The phone said in order to complete set up, the new IOS needs to be updated yet you cannot download the update unless the phone is at 20% battery. Now my passcode and wifi are attached to a phone that I am returning. I tried to restore it on my computer but it keeps showing an error message and on the phone, it shows the apple support website. This is absolutely ridiculous. I received a certificate showing a list of items tested on the phone and it's signed off by a "specialist", clearly this was not tested and this certificate is fake. I am incredibly frustrated, I spent over an hour trying to restore this broken phone before returning it but that is impossible. I wouldn't trust this seller, battery testing is one of the simplest things to do on a phone, this should have never happened. What a waste of time, energy and money!!!Ver másVer menos

  13 mini … is practicality📲

  Battery 95% some scratches around camera ring and a lil bit around metal band , not enough to cry about , especially after putting case on I really don’t see any imperfections, honestly a brand new phone besides a few the minor scuffs , good sim, good screen, good battery ,first time I ordered a13 instead of 13 mini on accident, seller let me return quickly no fuss . I have big hands and mini is the best size hands down and I’m coming from the pro max and I love the smallness , I thought technology was supposed to get better and smaller. So much better for my EDC , also saves me from doom scrolling , I’ll leave that for the iPad. Honestly wanted to give it a 5 star but the very minor inconspicuous scratches I have to drop it one . But very trust worthy… remember this is a renewed premium , anything lower you may run into something more then willing to look past .   Renewed Premium - I paid premium price but the battery health as opposed to claimed percentage (90+%) was only 88%.Moreover the phone was overheating a lot.They received return on May 28 and 2 WEEKS on there is NO update on my refund.Amazon Renewed premium is not worth it. Bad customer service. Bad refund timeline.Very frustrating.Just give me my refund asap.Ver másVer menos

  Not and OEM battery replacement

  I bought an Iphone 13 mini PREMIUM 128gb…Phone overheats and stops charging.Charge port is very loose.Called amazon to rectify this issue and was provided with one year to return the item. On November 25 the one year allowance date to return the item was brought down to 30 days (New date was December 5th). I was calling to see if I coupd switch suppliers from Canada Post because they’re on strike but was then advised that I also had to submit pictures of the defective phone, something that wasn’t asked of me prior to shipping the phoneSomething that was never brought up the 3-4 times I had called prior to this date…Seems like deterrent tactics and would changing a return date be considered bait and switch if I had missed the return window?Ver másVer menos
