  Cable and carb mods

  The throttle works great. Had to trim a little off the cable housing and cut and drill the cap of the carb to get it to work properly. Cable was a little long but the housing is about 2 inches to long. The grips are good if you like that style.

  Originally gave 3 stars but dropped to 1 after testing a little further and found further issues before the bike is even running. I would not recommend this product, if I can't return this one it's going in the trash can.I went with the gold anodized finish with the yellow throttle cable. The yellow that is pictured is definitely not the yellow I received. I was expecting a normal bright yellow but got some sort of OSHA approved high visibility yellow-green.There is no seal on the plastic cover, which allows moisture in. This looks bad right off the bat, and will cause corrosion and possible cable failure down the road.Typical aftermarket grips are too short for the throttle tube, so you are stuck with the grips supplied.The throttle tube is in multiple pieces which come apart far too easily for my liking.With the throttle assembly tightened up as tight as possible, it is still loose and will not stay in place on 7/8 bars that it is designed for.Ver másVer menos

  Great for Honda CRF150F

  Awesome product! Fit perfect on my sons CRF150F! Unfortunetely, we didnt fully tighten the top screw that holds the transparent window together (operator error, completely our fault). So we lost both parts out on the trail. Hoping the seller responds so we can get it fixed.Ver másVer menos

  It works fine and isn't bad to install unless you drop the linkage screw down behind the pull - lol

  So it went on fine, you almost need a 3rd hand to hold and put together and take apart. DO NOT pre build it like my son tortured me to do as you will just be tearing it apart as your installing it and or worse you spend to much time and worry on that and drop things. As well, it does seem to be shorter than the original but it did go on and it doesn't seem to be so short that it binds - but it didn't help the install.Ver másVer menos

  Great throttle, not so great compatibility

  This is a quality throttle, but there are several issues to consider. The first, you need 3 different sized Allen wrenches to get this thing apart. 3! The second, the throttle cable included is NOT compatible with a stock type carburetor on a gy6 150cc.
