A very good pc !
Very nice Computer, boots up very fast and I have already used the DVD-RW that's speedy. My only issue was when trying to install Webroot Antivirus Software, I was getting McAfee Critical Virus Alert Pop-ups, which is a scam designed to panic you into clicking a link, which can lead to downloading malware or giving up personal and financial information. Within 30 minutes, I was able to clear that issue away. I highly recommend anyone to purchase this pc.Ver másVer menos

Fast, small, but its difficult to adapt to multiple screens systems...
I quite enjoy how fast it is. So small in comparison to other towers and not that bulky. I would have loved to have more monitors hooks. It seems that using a three monitor system requires other tools I was not familiar with...

Good value computer, but you don't get everything you'd get buying from Dell.
I'm very happy with my tower PC - it's so much faster than my old one! The power button could be a little sturdier, it doesn't always turn on when I push it. Also, be aware that whomever is reselling these computers registers them in Saudi Arabi (or at least mine was), so it's difficult to get support in the USA online or through chat. Also, the computer did not come with any expansion hardware (all the ones I bought direct from Dell did) so if you want to add hard drives, etc. you have to look to eBay or elsewhere for parts (they are ridiculously expensive through Dell).Ver másVer menos

UPDATE: My initial problems were quickly resolved and the new machine is great.
The unit shipped without a hard drive. Even though the description listed a 1TB PCIe SSD drive, when I booted up the machine for the first time it responded "No Hard drive found".Update: The shipper was very responsive to my problem. We tried a couple of diagnostic things and determined the hard drive was present but did not work. The shipper quickly replaced the machine with one that works as expected. A very good customer service experience and the new machine performs as I expected.Ver másVer menos

1TB SSD Boot Failure After Client Install
Worked fine for a couple months, installed for a client. Client called yesterday, PC would no longer boot, even to BIOS. Removed the 1TB NVMe SSD and it started booting again. SSD not even recognized when connected to my computer with a USB enclosure. Had to give the client one my personal SSDs and do a fresh install of Windows 11 and their apps to get them back to work. Serial number on the faulty Western Digital SSD not recognized by WD's warranty checker and since SSD isn't original to the machine, Dell warranty doesn't apply. Oh well, that's my life.Ver másVer menos

Great computer!
The computer was easy to set up and although I've only had it for a few weeks, I'm very pleased. I had to upgrade my old home computer because my old one was unable to be upgraded to Windows 11. One thing I noticed immediately was how quiet this computer is.

Falsly presented as new original Dell unit
Ownership of the unit could not be transferred because originally sold in Saudi Arabia - Vendor could not disclose the previous Owner - Had to reformat the unit and found out (via Dell Support) that Win 11 Pro was installed by vendo rover the original OS Linux. Hence Dell support becomes VOID!!Ver másVer menos
