  While it's not my primary brand, I've used eSUN filament for several years. I try to mostly use ABS and PETG, but I turn to PLA when I need "special" colors (or colors that I don't typically use). That was the case when I selected eSUN Light Khaki Matte PLA Filament (1.75mm, 1Kg). I needed a bone-like color for a Jack Skellington lamp I was going to print. While eSUN also sells "C-Bone-White", I thought the matte would be closer to what I was looking for.The filament arrived well packed, properly wound, dry, and without any spool damage. The filament printed perfectly at OrcaSlicer presets for generic matte PLA. Printed quality is great, and the I think the result is sufficiently close to unbleached bone.There are two issues, and they're relatively minor. I love that eSUN uses cardboard spools, but it can be problematic if you're using an enclosed AMS or filament dryer to feed your spool to the printer. If you wipe the interior of the box clean between uses, you can probably keep contaminants out of your filament. The other thing is price. Assuming you have the 20% off coupon (available at the time of this review), the price is entirely competitive at $19. However, if you have to pay the full $23 list price, this eSUN filament looks less competitive against the myriad of PLA offered by other vendors.Assuming you get this with the discount, I highly recommend it!Ver másVer menos

  The roll keeps tangling

  I have bought 2 rolls of this filament. The first roll doesn't have AS many issues as the second, but it still had issues. Whoever rolled this filament did a very poor job and it keeps getting tangled on itself and causing errors and my prints to fail. I am printing a fairly large print that has required a second roll and now, I may have to start completely over with a different brand because I cannot get this to print without failing.Ver másVer menos

  Great blonde.

  PERFECT color for blonde hair. Worked well in my AMS unit. Extruded wonderfully and it’s just an all around great filament.

  Not great

  Sucks won't be buying any more. Stringy prints, gapped prints, bad adhesion, color is beautiful but not a good filament

  Great filament

  eSUN filaments are always a hit for my projects. They print consistently and beautifully. This is a nice orange/tangerine color. Highly recommend!

  Cardboard spool

  The cardboard spool came warped so I can’t use it in the cfs. Other than that it prints perfect.

  Could be better

  A bit harder to print than other PLA filaments. Strings a lot and is not consistent.

  Crap

  It’s too weak, tried printing some simple Easter bunny toys but it practically crumbled in my hands. Re-checked print temp and settings, and tried with a different print profile but happened again. Would not buy again

  More Teal than the product photo shows

  This filament is much closer to teal than a light baby blue.
