The first ones I received didn't work, no oil came out. They replaced it and same for 2nd time. I have an old one like them that still works and almost empty

I’m not for sure what I’m doing wrong but I absolutely can’t get the oil to come out onto the brush. Two stars because the price was good and I’m sure it’s user error
