Works with an old LG TV
I have an old 2012 LG TV 42 SL 3400 and this remote works great with voice and can turn the TV off and on which I did not expect. It was easy to hook up, the picture is so clear and I noticed that it doesn't buffer anymore. All this time I thought it was my router that was messed up and it wasn't. So this Roku player works fine with an old LG TV that wasn't listed as a compatible device. It's faster than my old Roku player and does not buffer anymore. Works great, no issues yet. This unit will be used for traveling so I don't need to disconnect one of the 3mi have at home.

Get what you pay for.
The Roku worked just fine. The remote that came with it had the up arrow smashed into the housing of the hand held. So when you pressed on the up arrow it would stick and keep going up and up. Luckily we had the remote from the old Roku it replaced. So we were fine. So much for quality check when selling it as refurbished. I am glad I had the old remote. I did pay half of what I would have for a new one. So I guess you get what you pay for. Not likely to buy Amazon refurbished again.Ver másVer menos

ROKU device
This is my 3rd ROKUdevice for streaming. After purchase, my main TV went out, and my bedroom TV moved to the front room. This device is not being used now. When new TV is purchased it will be used again
