Worked great for me
The pump worked great. Ran for over an hour with no issues. The bag is really nice, I was able to fit my other A/C tools in it. I didn't use the gauges, I will say the cold side gauge does not sit at 0 out of the box. But I believe you can calibrate it through the lens hole. I am happy with the purchase.Ver másVer menos

So after watching a lot of YouTube haha ..this def did the job in recharging my Ac and my wife’s ..it was very easy to use (once I learned how to use it ) “YouTube “.My ac is nice and cold now and it was a hassle to use very little weight and easy to move aroundVer másVer menos

Good value buy Can Tap
Received in time. Original packaging. Complete contents new. Hoses valves couplers new. Refrigerant taps seamed ok.Used the self sealing tap to little success. Ended up purchasing a known tap from box store for an extra $10. All components worked just fine.Low/high couplers worked well some difficulty because if the valve/coupler is not in the fully closed position it is nearly impossible to get the quick disconnect to grasp service ports.Low/high gauges accurate however the threads for manifold may be suspect. My current single use had no issues but brass burr at Low side valve is of concern but did not prevent sealing sow side or opening.Gauges are accurate. Of note: previous posts stated that the vacuum pump couldn’t/wouldnot pull vacuum to -30hg. The gauges are calibrated to sea level. If you are not at sea level -30hg is impossible. OAT ALSO a factor.Connecting hoses, manifold and any connection point. Lube o-ring, seals and threads with the PAG oil required for your system.Vacuum pump. Service with supplied oil. Oil will only fill sight glass half way plus. More than enough. Before hooking up system to manifold run it unloaded for a minute or two. Function check and internal lubrication. My purchase was the 3.5 single stage. Ran several operations for vacuum of a personal vehicle. 10 min to draw vacuum to ensure system including connections were solid. Then ran for 1 hour to boil out any moisture. Vac pump operated without issues or overheating.Note: Lube threads, o-rings with System PAG oil requirements of system. Do not use tools to assemble. Purchase seperate self sealing tap (MURRAY) and use included OMT fittings. All assembled finger/hand tight.Ver másVer menos

Nice compact system
Worked perfect, vacuum pump drew down system faster than expected with no leaks from the pump or hoses, would recommend this system to anyone needing one. Carry case and bag makes things handy for carrying and storage.

This AC vacuum pump and hoses did really well for vacuuming and charging my truck after an AC compressor change. Had to watch a few videos on using it since it was the first time for me and the directions weren't the great for a first-time user. It was a quiet running unit. It was very affordable, saved a lot of money by not using a mechanic. Which are very expensive now a days.Ver másVer menos

FAULTY PRODUCT & USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
The self-sealing can tap in my kit was faulty. Not only would it not allow coolant to flow from the can into my van’s A/C system, it would break the self-sealing mechanism in the can, and the gas would spray out of the can after removing the tap. I thought that I might have a faulty can, but I tried using it on three cans, and got the same result every time.I contacted their “customer service” department, and described the problem in very clear detail. They wrote back requesting pictures and screenshots and purchase details, all of which I provided, and they said they would send a new self-sealing can tap.….but they sent me a puncture style can tap instead. I wrote them back to tell them that they had sent the wrong tap, I included pictures of the incorrect item that was sent, and asked them to please send the correct item. They responded by telling me that they had sent a puncture tap, AND a self-sealing can tap, and told me to double check the parcel. Basically, their response to their own error was to accuse me of being an idiot.I wrote them back again to tell them that the parcel was just a small bubble wrap envelope, and the only thing inside it was the wrong tap, and I once again asked them to please send the correct one. They wrote back waffling about some possible error in their warehouse, and told me to send pictures of the item I had received (which I had already done), so they could determine what error had occurred, and what type of solution they could offer…..THE SOLUTION IS REPLACING THE FAULTY PART LIKE I ASKED YOU TO DO FIVE EMAILS AGO!!!Prior to receiving their last email, I decided that their customer service department was useless, so I just went out to buy another self-sealing can tap at Harbor Freight. That tap worked just fine, proving that the fault did in fact lie with the tap that had been included with the kit.I initially thought that the price on this kit was a good deal, but after it caused me to waste $30 on coolant (not to mention making me release toxic chemicals into the environment), and another $8 on a new tap which their customer service department failed to replace, it turned out not to be such a good deal after all.WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!Ver másVer menos

Quality and affordable
Without teflon no leak and works flawless. Make sure to hold a vacuum on gauge set without connecting it, to make sure everything is free of leak.

Worked great and saved me a trip to the shop
Really awesome kit. I'm not a pro, but it worked great for me and saved me from having to go to a shop to fix the AC in my car. It's got everything you need to get the job done.

Worked exactly as advertised, but I recommend watching OrionMotorTech's YT video first before using. It does a great job of explaining the setup.
