I used to make my apple cider vinegar gummies myself. It was getting difficult to make them because the process was very messy. When I saw the Bragg apple cider vinegar capsules I immediately ordered them. No mess and immediately effective!! First it helps you to go poop and then it really curbs your appetite. Better than the Liquid
I love this! I usually use the apple cider vinegar liquid to lower my blood sugar. Now I can just take a capsule or two before my meals and it works just like the liquid. It really doesn't have a bitter taste like the liquid does. I definitely recommend this for diabetics.Ver másVer menos

Use Caution taking ACV supplements
Ive done my research to back this up.After a month taking this product I started having severe leg cramps in the night. This being the only thing I had recently changed I searched to see if ACV could cause leg cramps. The answer was a resounding YES! Might lower potassium levels, which can cause muscle cramps. this was from just one article. There are many more out there. Also, if consumed in large amounts over time, it may also weaken bones. This is not a reflection on this brand or manufacturer, but a general caution. I cannot and will not continue taking ACV supplements. The energy is great
I take two of these and get a decent amount of energy from them. I'm so sensitive to caffeine, but this product does not make me jittery like caffeine does. It's very easy to use and the capsules are not too big and easy to swallow. I have no digestive issues with these at all. There is hardly any smell or taste. I recommend these. As far as skin health, I mainly bought these for the energy and for appetite suppression.Ver másVer menos
