Good

Good! They are a little thinner quality than I wanted. They definitely roll when using them, which isn’t ideal for comfort but I can use them on legs and arms. So, they are pretty Versatile.

They’re ok just don’t like that the roll off my thighs and even ankles and it states it doesn’t they’re very thin and rubbery

These work great

These bands help tremendously with physical therapy even lifting in the gym. I use these to prime up my muscles on chest day. They help me warm up my upper back to stabilize my shoulders and stop my shoulder pain when bench pressing.

Not meeting the requirement

It does not stay stretched width wise and rolls up. This does not help for training.

Great set of bands, although the lightest one is a bit on the tight side depending on your intended use and experience.Overall recommended
