The over complex remote you just completely figured out, and they took away.

It turns out that for the elderly, three rocker switches and the one ring do not make for a useful remote. This remote, however, at least obliquely resembles the Samsung remotes of our ancestors, with buttons that do specific things when pressed, and a bespoke "exit" button to back out of recently committed sins, amen. It could be more rugged, Ma is rough on things these days. Buttons mashed in anger soon stop functioning. Which is why I order these three at a time, and dole them out like replacement goldfish when they die. RIP remote #6, you did your best.Ver más

Button Failure

Remote control functioned worked fine with TV, BUT in just3 years the buttons become very hard to make work! We were having the press them several time to get a response. I gave up and will be trying a different companies products. This is hard to do as several companies use the same manufacture and only change the products label giving the same results - poor quality control or materials. The control that came with the TV is still functioning very well.Ver más

Remote that works

Great remote. Install AA batteries and it works on my Samsung TV without having to do any setup. It also resembles the original remote, so no learning required!

Best Samsung Smart Tv Remote replacement yet! Looks and feels exactly the same as the original remote. Looks and feels great and solid. Paring is easy. Our last replacement was nothing like this! 10/10!

Ideal Replacement

Better than the original remote that comes with my TV because it has actual buttons instead of just spaces on the remote to press. Only issue is that I can't get it to turn the TV on and off.

Excellent Solution

Much to my surprise this remote worked excellent ... and for the price i paid ... i will recommened this to anyone ... great solution to my remote which is not working with my samsung TV

cheap quality product. Don't buy. No refund

Very cheap quality plastic. Buttons gets stuck. Many keys don't work. And on top there is no refund. only replacement. What do we do if we don't want a replacement of such cheap product.
