Calling Curlies and Big Headed Swimmers
This is literally the only swim cap that fits my large head with lots of curly hair (25cm circumference with flattened hair) and Whale has made a convert out of me. The silicone is definitely more gentle on my hair than latex caps, and the size allows me to cover my full head. I don’t have much room, though, so watch out if your head is bigger than mine.Overall, the material feels thick and durable and the color, shape, and fit have remained intact after months of near-daily wear. It does not really keep water out (which I didn’t expect) but definitely keeps it dryer than caps that don’t cover my full head. It’s also easy to put on by myself.Before buying, measure your head and compare to the reviews people have left.
