Yes it works and is neat
Love this got this because my son got to big for potty chair and he needed to stand up to pee and he didnt like using the regular potty it works he stood up peeing

Hands down this is the very best bedside commode! The easiest to put together. No instructions needed even though there is. Sturdy. Lightweight but holds my husband with Parkinson’s very well. Deep bucket which is great! I bought a 2nd one to keep in bedroom and other area of home where needed. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.Ver másVer menos

Excellent product and seller
I needed this in my basement for two purposes. One, I needed a second toilet in my house, but most of all because it seems whenever I’m in the basement doing something, that’s when I have to run to the bathroom and it’s a big rush to get from the basement to the second floor in time for an aging bladder.It was very easy to assemble ; you don’t even need instructions, although it comes with them and no tools are necessary. The height is adjustable which is good because the floor is uneven and each leg can be raised to the right height. I am very happy with this product and seller. I know Medline is a good product from other things I’ve needed. It was terrific that it arrived overnight as well. 10*Ver másVer menos

So glad I bought this!
As some other reviewers stated, the seat hole is not large enough for a man to sit and pee and have a bowel movement at the same time. Otherwise, I think it is a great purchase. Very easy to assemble, feels sturdy. Husband used in shower as a chair. The bucket can be taken to the bedroom for nighttime use. Very happy with purchase. Only 4 stars because of the small seat which others commented on as well. Otherwise, great.Ver másVer menos

No assembly required! Unfold the chair and snap the crossbar ,seat and lid on. That's it!
Good basic toilet chair. Very sturdy,easily adjustable and easy to assemble.

It works quite well but I think the bucket should be made of aluminum not plastic
