This is absolute quality, the setup installation it came with works great, extremely solid.. not sure if its even designed to be struck, but its phenomenal for slipping/rolling/etc for head movement... love it

It looks durable but we returned it because it wasn't the right product my son wanted.

Worked as expected

This one was for me. I spend time every day in my garage working out. I hung this from my garage door opener frame. I did add a more heavy-duty rope and a clip I got from the hardware store. Great for working on your boxing skills. Fun work out too.

Hardware is trash. Use you own. Other than that the bag performs as you'd expect

Husband likes it

Got this for my husband for his training. He enjoys it and uses it several times a week along with heavy bag work and jump rope. He's happy, so I'm happy.

The rope to attach to ceiling wasn’t in the package

Everything was inside except for the rope to hang the product
