Excellent customer service
My order and package became a victim of the FED EX one day strike. FED EX sent my package to the Post office for delivery with out paying for it. The post office charged me again for delivery. I complained to Prime Deals about paying twice for delivery. They promptly credited me for the $5.68 postage due. I have the highest regards for this company customer service for paying up despite they were not responsible for this problem. Oh the underwear was comfortable, good value, and fit well too. The perfect underwear for wedgies, if you're looking for a atomic wedgie I suggest 3XL they stretch, and fit comfortably over foreheads

Good But Didn't Get What I Ordered Colors Run
These are sized well and are very comfortable to wear. Tagless is nice in preventing irritation or itching.WARNING! - Pre-wash BEFORE wearing!!!I know I probably don't have to say that BUT...Normally I pre-wash any clothing before wearing it. I live in an apartment building and the laundry room was out of order so I had to throw a pair of these in after a shower when heading out for an appointment. When I got home and went to change I noticed that my legs and scrotal area were dark blue. I was sweating some while out and I guess that caused the color to run and stain my body.I washed the rest of the pairs out by hand to check and ALL of the colors ran like this, even the light ones. I realize this is not uncommon but just thought I'd mention itThe reason I deducted a star is because I did not get the colors I ordered. I ordered a set that had 2 pair of 3 colors each. I received a set with 6 different colors, 2 of which I'm not fond.Aside from those small things I really like these. They are well made, sized right and very comfortable. Just pre-wash them before wearing and be aware that you may or may not receive the color package you chose.Ver másVer menos

Tighty Whiteys that aren't white
Love FOTL undies. Been wearing them for years and years. They make good stuff and sell it for a fair price. Fast ship by Amazon as always.

Nice underwear.Had to return because to large.Hard to order when old underwear has no size tags. Lol

fine, but you have to order at least one size up
The quality of these FotL briefs is ok, just ok. Better than some cheap underwear, but still a step down from what FotL was doing 20 or 30 years ago.Be sure to order at least one size larger than usual. This is also typical of so many low-cost underwear these days. If one has large thighs then maybe two sizes up, unless one gets the Big Tall size.I've read some complain of staining. Perhaps it is my age, but we always used to wash new cotton clothes which were brightly or deeply colored, in cold water, before wearing. For these I just let them soak in a basin of cold water, rinse (and yes some dye will be evident in the water), soak again, repeat if needed. Let hang dry. That's all it takes.Ver másVer menos

Worst underwear i have ever owned.
Like a scratchy hessian bag, too loose in the middle and tight at the ends.I dont understand how this sells in the US, Target AU store brand underwear is better
