Awesome USB hub
i got the 12 in 1 version with the smiley face and lcd screen, i was gonna buy the anker version, that doesn't have the lcd, but decided to try this one as its rj45 port has indicator lights and the ankers didn't. i was looking for any reason to return this and just get the anker as they are a reputable brand and i have lots of their other stuff thats suited me well, however, upon using this hub, i quickly forgot all about other hubs, this thing is honestly perfect, it has more than enough ports, im using my portable mouse and keyboard right now with them plugged in and have had zero connection issues. Charging is great, it even displays the wattage so you can verify charge speeds. Card readers work, though you have to insert them upside down which isn't unheard of. HDMI for display works as it should, agian with no connection issues. Ports are sturdy and hub feels well made and the connecting cable feels durable. i have yet to verify the data speeds of all ports but the usb c ports do seem to be very high speed. Overall very happy with this usb hub and glad i tried a new brand, will definitely be trying more products from mokin in the future. if you're looking for a reliable hub, with almost every useful port, this is a great choice.Ver másVer menos

So many connections! (minor design caveat)
Price was very reasonable, as it's hard to get find so many connections for both USB-A and USB-C. Works well out of the box, stays cool to touch (unlike some others that get quite warm). For my MacBook Air M4, I have connected HDMI to an ultra-wide 3440x1440 monitor), power delivery, 3 USB-A (keyboard, speaker, mic) and 1 USB-C (webcam). No USB lag or issues. Seems silly to still have VGA. Ethernet is rarely used, but hey it's nice if you need it for fastest speed (or to hack into an AirBnB router).Only strange thing – they designed this to favor connecting on the right side of the laptop, but most people are right-handed and this would be awkward, and my MacBook Air actually only has USB connectors on the left side. (If you do hook up on the right side, then the heavy cables like power and HDMI would flow backward away from the user, while smaller USB-A and SD card reader face forward for convenience.) You can just place the dock upside down, so the logo and connector labels are underneath. Just seems like a perfectly backward design choice?Ver másVer menos

Great customer service and product working as described.
I was so impressed with the customer service! They replaced my Mokin 14 in 1 just days before the warranty expired and the new unit works perfectly. The old one got a bent plug on the C end that goes into the computer. Thanks!

Works as it should.
Good deal for the price.It’s a little unstable if you have your laptop on your lap. Otherwise good.

Good product, lots of ports, and excellent support.
I needed a replacement for a large docking station to support 2 large high-end Dell monitors, and of course have a couple of USB ports as well, as my lovely little Dell XPS-13 has only 2, and found Mokin had a great variety of adapters and docking stations, including 3 that met my needs. Uncertain, I followed their 'support' link and had a very helpful email chat with a knowledgeable support person who pointed me in the right direction. The adaptor/docking station with its pair of display ports, hdmi and even a vga port, along with enough usb ports worked correctly from the first time I plugged it in. So - I can unhesitatingly recommend the device. And I can similarly recommend the company for its first-rate support folks.Ver másVer menos

It works
I didn't use this to it's full extent, but it helped me with some laptop issues.

Not quite as advertised
The item works well. It actually meets the USB 3.1 standard; I get excellent transfer rates with my external hard drive. The only issue I have is with the HDMI connection to my MacBook Air M5. It drops the connection randomly which makes it useless. Whether I use a 1080P or 4 K monitor, there is always a random dropout. I thought this was a cost-effective solution for what I needed; however, I should have paid extra and purchased a Thunderbolt-rated docking station.Ver másVer menos

Nice Inexpensive Docking Station
This works perfectly for such an inexpensive docking station. I wasn't expecting much, but it is far better than my very expensive Thunderbolt dock! I have noticed a couple of times where one screen will not work and I have to unplug it and plug it back in, but it has been rare.Ver másVer menos

Solid item and works well.
It works really well however I have to take the bottom protective cover off my laptop to be able to plug it completely in however that's a small issue to have. As advertised.
