Great solar fountain, great value
I was little hesitant to order after reading a few negative reviews, but that has not been my experience. This little fountain is strong, durable and has worked continuously for months. And it’s so quiet, you just hear the water splashing which is so relaxing. I love sitting in my garden and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature along with the fountain. Easy to install and adjusting the fountain tips, which offer many different water displays, is simple. I have had no clogging and it’s makes the appearance of my fountain that much more attractive. My fountain is small and this could be used in a much larger fountain.Ver másVer menos

Nice Fountain Addition - Update Stopped Working - or Works Occasionally
UPDATE 2: Well, it is working again so it is saved from its early death. Very intermittent though. If it stops when shade comes over it, it may not start again when the sun returns so I occasionally have to manually try and spin the pump propeller to get it going again. I still will look for another one, but just wanted to say, with determination, I was able to get it going again.UPDATE: Started out good but unfortunately, like others said, after about 45 days it completely stopped working, full sun or not. I cleaned everything multiple times and tried to get the pump to work again but nothing. It is in FULL sun and nothing. It was good for the 45 days but now it is going in the garbage. No way to open up the solar connection to the pump. So sad. Really wanted it to last. Will have to look for a better one that will last.Works great on a sunny day. There is no adjustment for water spray height, so I added some rocks to the panel to block some of the solar area to tone down the fountain spray a bit to keep it in the bird bath. On windy days, however, the water from the spray blows out and the bird bath empties quickly so I have to keep filling it up. I may have to find a larger pot to use this in so I don’t lose water. I do like that there are rods around the base so that it stays centered which does help some to keep water in. Definitely a lovely addition to my garden.Ver másVer menos

Great for my 125 gallon pond
This is the second one I had to buy. The first one lasted for a few months and then stopped working. I did return it and they refunded me and then I bought it again. It works really well as long as it has direct sun and my fish really love it. It's easy to set up and I love the fact that it is solar and no electricity neededVer másVer menos

I LOVE these little pumps--perfect for bird baths!
For less than $10, this pump is an amazing value! I have two others that have been going for almost two years now. I use these in my bird baths, and they are incredibly low maintenance. I hose them off maybe once a week and scrub the pump/ rinse the enclosed sponge in the pump housing every two to three weeks. They sit out all summer in the Texas heat and still keep going. (I do put them away in the winter when the bird baths are not always filled.) My bird baths have even run dry a few times, and the pumps still worked after that. The pumps come with little straws that you can use to keep them centered in your bath, but I no longer use them. (The straws DID break down in the heat, and the grey hooks were collecting mold.) Instead, I just let the pump float around. It doesn't seem to bother the birds.Ver másVer menos

Worth the money and creates a beautiful display!
Honestly, this is a great product. Its a water pump and solar fountain in one. The water shoots up at least 12-18" high if its sunny out. It's pretty impressive. This comes with several different water spray attachments so you can change the fountain spray to your preference. The water is constantly moving and the fountain ties everything together for a put together, sophisticated, intentional, decorative look. 5 starsVer másVer menos

Works great
Was going to give it 3 stars since I bought 2 and 1 quit working 2 months in, but I pulled it apart and cleaned it out and something shot out after I pulled the filter out so just needed a good cleaning from the algae and mulch for the price it is worth if

Lasted less than a month.
I wasn’t expecting anything life changing for $9 but I was actually pretty impressed with this fountain when it showed up. It looked great and kept the water moving which was what I wanted. The birds kept using the birdbath and without a fountainhead on it was perfect. Unfortunately, I got about 3 weeks out of it before it stopped working.Ver másVer menos

Works great in full sun
Works well in full sun only as it does not have a rechargable battery. Gets cloudy, fountain stops. This is to replace a similar one that lasted 2 summer seasons. I use it without any of the spray attachments so the water burbles without spraying it out of my birdbath. I believe the listed thickness dimension is misleading, because the motor on the bottom adds some thickness.Ver másVer menos

Great bird bath fountain
Easy to put together and it works great.My grandkids wondered why the fountain stopped when they got close to it. I had to explain that they were creating a shadow and it only works when the sun is shining on it.
