Super happy with these, no issues at all.
Good quality steel, thick enough to not twist while trying to cut larger amounts of fur. They are sharp and had no trouble getting thru my cats long hair.You can use the rounded tips to get under mats safely without poking the cat. Also less of a risk of them putting an eye out vs a sharper pair.The blade length is short so you have a bit of torque to get thru thick fur. I've found the longer pairs are harder to deal with and this short pair makes sensitive areas less worrisome.It has a hand-adjustable hinge nut that allows you to dial in the amount of pressure the blades put on each other. It's a nice touch, you can adjust it on the fly.The finger loops are comfortable for me. I'm a guy but my hands are on the smaller side. I removed the squishy plastic finger loop inserts. I hate those.The cat I bought these for is a feral rescue. He has super long fur that gets all matted and tangled from burrs and whatnot. He usually gets upset after a few minutes of me trying to use a long pair of Fiskers. This time I was able to cut every mat off of him, even the armpits and his chest/neck. He actually seemed to enjoy it now that I am able to get some better precision at cutting under the mats.Good pair of cat trimmers. Would recommend all day long.Ver másVer menos
