Garbage
Heater broke at month 14 and the company won’t even troubleshoot it for me. Said to call a local repair shop for help! DONT BUY! They don’t stand behind their products!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! TWO RMAs IN PROGRESS READ FOR MORE INFO!!!
We purchased two of these units for our office. Both units experienced manufacturing issues within the first few months. One developed an internal leak while the other unit's dispense valve became loose and began rotating internally making it impossible to dispense water without it going everywhere. RMA's were started for both units and for the past 6 months I have been dealing with Curtis International, the real manufacturers of the units, trying to get warranty replacement or refund. I have been asked to provide receipts and pictures of the serial numbers removed along with pictures of the cut power cord. All info was provided, but Curtis is now asking for everything again a second time. Save your self the headache and frustration of dealing with a potential problem down the road. It looks great and has a known brand name, but do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. UPDATE: Curtis International is now refusing to honor their warranty.Ver másVer menos

Top loading, stainless and black water dispenser review.
After reading reviews for many brand's and top and bottom loading dispensers, I purchased the top loading, stainless and black model to replace the Whirlpool I had. This unit has a probe that you place the water bottle onto. It does make noise when the chiller or the heater is running and has a whistle to it at times. I found it to be annoying for a bit but the worst of it was at the initial install and use when water was placed inside the unit for the first time. Once the water temperature is reached and the unit shuts off there is no noise until it must cool again. I like the looks of it and for the price paid it is acceptable in comparison to others. I highly recommend running water thru the hot and cold dispensers prior to drinking any of it!!!!!! There were tiny bits of black plastic in several glasses that I allowed to run thru and disposed of, prior to drinking any. The plastic wrap on the unit was difficult to remove when taken out of the box and I am still removing tiny pieces stuck in seams that did not come off. The bottom of the box was detached when delivered and the packaging straps removed. I purchased this brand as I have other appliances of the same and it is in the kitchen with them. Water temp is set at 7 Celsius which I adjusted slightly. Hot water heats up quickly. I do love that there is a switch for the hot and for the cold on the back of the unit that can be turned off. There is a black piece of plastic on the back of the unit with white zip ties that I contacted Amazon customer service about as there was no mention of it anywhere. I was advised to leave it as it was. Content with this purchase.Ver másVer menos

I always have cold water
I really like my water dispencer, never had one before. I have had a UTI for about 1yr now and I drink alot of water. Lugging 4 or 5 gallons from Walmart was getting tough on me so I tried this. I wasn't thinking when I ordered the top loader I should have ordered bottom loader, but so Thankful to neighbor who is doing the muscle part for me. The price was really doable and the water itself tastes better than Walmarts Drinking Water.Ver másVer menos

Great value
After renting a water cooler and paying 10x the value, we decided to purchase. This is a great cooler for the value. The only things I've noticed is that the water tends to dispense a little slower than what I'm use to and it does make a little noise when it's on. Have not used the "hot" water feature but it does keep the water coldVer másVer menos

Disappointed
This is the 2nd one we have. This 2nd one arrived, the shipping box was severely damaged. The cooler has a few dings. Drip tray is missing because the bottom of the box was barely tapped. All of the Styrofoam was non existent. The first one was perfect.

Llegó el producto con un defecto y no tenían la pieza que llegó mal y se complicó el arreglarlo a la fecha el producto no se puede usar para tener agua caliente.

Great value
Fantastic water cooler\dispenser. I'm using for a vitopur water filtration system. The only issue I ran into is that water bottle support doesn't fit the vitopur system but once removed it works great with no issues.

Poor quality
This machine makes a lot of noise. After a few months starting leaking water. Took off the top can’t see where water is coming from but I saw mold building up. Straight to the garage. Never again. This model is horrible.

J'ai beaucoup aimé par rapport à d'autre machine à eau car celle- ci ne goûte pas le plastique quand on boit l'eau👍Alors je la recommande👍
