Highly recommended!
This was not my first time buying Magnesium Glycinate from NOW, and I wanted to share a layperson’s perspective, since most of us who buy supplements aren’t medical experts. I chose NOW because it’s one of the most reputable supplement brands, even though their products tend to be more expensive. The packaging and overall presentation are excellent, and the product seems to be very high quality.They claim it may help regulate blood sugar and blood pressure, potentially reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. These are things that are hard for an average consumer to evaluate. But they also mention reduced anxiety and improved sleep quality — and that’s where I personally noticed a real difference.In the very first week, my sleep improved significantly. I fell asleep much more easily and slept longer. Before taking Magnesium Glycinate, I usually slept 4–5 hours a night; after starting it, I began sleeping 6–7 hours, and occasionally even 8. For me, that alone made the supplement worth continuing. I also experienced no side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal discomfort.Overall, an excellent product. Helped Improve My Sleep
For the past 5 years I have wakened in the middle of the night and unable to go to back to sleep for an hour or more. I've tried every sleep aid and relaxation technique imaginable. I tried this product, and it worked the first night, and has continued to be effective for 2 weeks. My results may be faster than most because I was already using a magnesium supplement (ZMA) right before trying magnesium glycinate. In most cases expect it to take a week or more to increase magnesium levels to the point of seeing results. I also ate a few walnuts with the magnesium to keep insulin levels even during the night. There are several forms of magnesium, be sure to take the glycinate if you have interrupted sleep. Magnesium L-Threonate might be a good choice if your sleep is disturbed due to a racing mind.Ver másVer menos

My secret weapon for great sleep!
I take one of these at bedtime with a cup of unsweetened almond milk that contains calcium. The magnesium and calcium together give me a great night's sleep! I am a 71 year old woman in good health but at my age sleep can be challenging.The tablet is easy to swallow. Oh...and added benefit is that it keeps me regular.😉Ver másVer menos

Great for sleep
Excellent product to take at bedtime. It quiets the mind, relaxes the body, makes for deep, restorative sleep. Well tolerated; easily digested. It also significantly reduces muscle cramps, such as in the legs and feet.

Goodbye muscle cramps!
I’ve tried a variety of magnesium supplements from different brands and these ones seem to work well. Magnesium is effective in reducing muscle cramps. It’s especially noticeable once you stop taking the supplement. I would happily recommend this supplement from ‘NOW’ brand.Ver másVer menos
