Good product and works as expected
Alice was very helpful in sending me a replacement as I lost my charging cable. The item itself is quite easy to use and held up well over months of use. Cleaning is easy too. They have lots of attachments for different sizes and I haven't had issues with exiting if needing if it feels to much pressure.Ver másVer menos

Great power for the price
As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do.As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy.Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though...Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out.Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Disappointed in the device
I bought this on 5-18-2026. The instructions tell you to start with level 1to allow it to suck your member up inside to start with. We'll turned it on to level 1 and shows 155 but no suction at all. So onto level 2 to see if it will suck it up and in. Level 2 again just shows 155 and no suction and motor does not turn on at all to suck it in. So onto level 3 and that is when the motor turns on and sucks the member up and in, and keeps going till it has a suction of 275 the shuts off till it hits about 210 then kicks back on cause the air leaks out and level 4 motor turns on and sucks till it hits about 355 and drops to 275 before turning it back on. Drop it back to level 1 and 2 to see if pump turns on, nope no such luck at all of ducking on 1 or 2. Then when removing the device, it then also has a hard time coming off and pulls the skin with till it stretches far enough to let go and after pulling it off with in 30 minutes it is right back to the same size it was before I started. Yes sure it becomes about 5.5 inches in the tube but then goes rTo 1-1.5 inches and also looses the width as well. Does not last perfectly at all as they claim it would and will do. Prostate Cancer And The Pump
I don't usually comment on things from Amazon but this time I will make an exception. I had prostate cancer in 2012 and decided to go the radiation route versus surgery. For a year I was totally impotent and the procedure and everything that went along with it was done. Here is where the sexual journey begins. I am now 72 but still wanted to have a sex life. Maybe not like when I was young but some form of it. I am cancer free now but having an erection sometimes seemed virtually impossible. I have tried the pills and eventually after much hesitation went with the Tri-mix injection. That wasn't as bad as I thought but also did not work with lasting or solid erection results. I recently through my doctor was advised to try the pump. I decided to try this less expensive pump at first then see what happens. I have been using this pump for about a month and here is what I found out. TAKE IT SLOW! Use the lowest setting first and don't try and do this just before sex. I use it as a work out for my blood flow to my penis. I use it daily if possible alone sitting up and for no more than 20 minutes. Use plenty of water based lube on your self and the opening before starting. Don't try and push your penis in a placid state into the opening. Use the rubber end that might seem a little smaller than the bigger one. Push your penis just into the opening. Turn on the pump to 1 and it will pull your penis into the tube. MAKE SURE TO HOLD YOUR TESTICLES DOWN OR AWAY AS IT ONCE IT SUCKED MINE INTO THE OPENING AND WAS EXTREMLY PAINFULL REMOVING THEM. Sort of funny but not. Go slow until you see what works. This is another recommendation. Use "No Hair Crew" cream for hair removal of the testicle and penis area. This will make a world of difference in how the pump stays full of suction and will not keep pumping to maintain the correct amount. Last but not least a pump will not make you longer but it will over time build up your penis so that the blood flow will work and you will get an erection before and during sex. I quit the shots and now use the pump daily but before sex I just use 10mg of Cialis and I am working my way back to a normal erection but this has been the most successful so far. I can now have sex with a very good erection. This pump is all you need. This pump works great if you use it the right way. Don't be afraid to try it. What do you have to lose for a few dollars.

Decent but Not Completely Sold
Overall, this is an okay product with a decent set of features for the price. It comes with multiple accessories and sizes, along with added extras, which gives it some versatility depending on what you’re looking for.The build quality feels solid and not cheap, and the suction strength is definitely there. That said, it can feel a bit intense, especially as you increase the settings. I did notice some discomfort, particularly around pressure on my pelvic bone, so this is something you have to use carefully and gradually.It’s important to follow instructions closely and take a slow approach. The suction is strong enough that improper use could lead to discomfort, so caution is key.As for performance, it works, but I’m not completely sold on how it compares to more traditional manual options. Great value, gets the job done, really straight forward
First time user. Easy setup and use. Haven't gone past the second level. Would recommend but not the person to ask about how self pump and electric pump differ. If you do too much there a quick release which was good with first time use hiccups.

This item does not come with great instructions, I really didn’t understand how the item worked after receiving it.I know that sounds dumb, you put it in and pump right? Well no. There is a method to increasing and decreasing pressure over a 5-10 min span to achieve the result that you want, and the. You must apply the restricting ring to the base of your member before you release the pressure.So helpful tip- put that ring around the machine before you start and slip it off the bottom.No one said this and it took a while to figure out. Maybe I’m just not the smartest of people but I really feel like this was under explained.As for quality- it was ok, it works. I could see that the quality allows the gasket that goes around the member at the bottom allows it to be sucked up in the machine and then you have to start again.The frustration is added when you have lubricant on that piece to make it easier for it to come off. Trust me though apply that lubricant liberally. You don’t want that special equipment in that without lubricant. You will end up with that a ring and swollen pleasure applicator while your hands are covered in lube.Take your time and if you have a partner to help the first time that’s helpful. If you are trying in This as a medical device I would look elsewhere. If you just thought hey I wonder what that would do and how big I can get it for kicks, well then it’s worth the 30 bucks.Ver másVer menos

Before buying this I was a little sceptical because ReviewMeta/Fakespot weren't quite happy with the legitimacy of some of the reviews. But since some of the more in-depth reviews on the pump seemed plausible, I went for it and I am very glad I did.Background:I've never owned an automated pump before and frankly was surprised that this pump didn't come at a higher price.I have owned a manual pump before but never really liked the sensation and seemed to overdo it, despite there being a gauge on the pump.Review:The beauty of this pump is that it keeps you in a suction range. There are four levels to choose from and they equate to a range in mbar (33 millibar ~ 1 inHg).It pumps until you reach the upper limit of the selected level and then will very slowly release the suction until you reach the lower threshold of the range. At that time the pump will jump back into action and bring you back to the upper limit and so on. In my experience these cycles takes about 6 minutes.I find this genius at it seems much gentler on the penis and I find the I don’t have pay attention to exact suction is currently applied.Level 1 is basically Standby. No actual pumping will happenLevel 2 is good for me as a beginner. The range is 125-200mbar (approx. 3.7-5.9 inHg)I have not tried Level 3 or 4 since Level 2 feels plenty at the moment.The first time I used the pump and set it to Level 2 the pump kicked in I was a little worried that it wouldn’t stop in time. But it stopped before any discomfort happened. When it reaches the maximum it in fact drops a bit of suction right after, adding to the comfort.As a bonus the screen also shows a timer so it’s easy to keep track of how long your session has been. Good, but comes with lousy instructions
So I've been using this penis pump for about 2 weeks now. I bought it from Amazon not to increase erect length - I'm OK with that - but rather to increase flaccid length. The old fella was increasingly popping back into his shell, and such 'turtling' was just plain uncomfortable.Overall, I'm pleased.It has four vacuum pressures: -125Mbar, -200Mbar, -275Mbar, -350Mbar. Set it to #1 and the suction lasts about 10secs, then automatically pauses for about 20secs, then repeats. I do that for about 2mins before moving up to setting #2.As the blood rushes (is sucked?) in it is slightly uncomfortable, but then there's the pause and that feels good. (And on setting #2, it looks pretty good too!)After about 5mins I let all the vacuum vacate and go on my merry way. Note: I am not using this to maintain an erection.Tips / aka Don't make the mistakes I did!* I initially used one of the three silicone rings with a diameter that fit my flaccid penis. However, when I needed to exit afterwards the ring was *too tight*!! Now I use the ring diameter that will fit my erect penis, and that's way more comfortable to remove!* Use water-based lube on the outside of the silicon ring, but also on the inside - because when you want to remove it it's the inside of the ring that's pulling against your erection = oww! So lube the inside as well. Also lube your glans so that it slides nicely up the inside of the tune as it grows without rubbing.* Press the silicone ring & tube against your pelvis, and don't lift it or move it towards you - I did and one half of my scrotal sac was pulled into the tube!!!
