Circular saw straight edge
Very stable and easy to set up and use. Made a nice straight cut on deckng boards.

It does a good job and will save you money
If you have always wanted a track saw and couldn’t warrant buying one. This is a good alternative.

Nice
I love these track saw rails. Only thing I don't like is the price. But it's still cheaper than fess tool.

Great addition to my Kreg track cutting jig
With the addition of these tracks to my Kreg tracks makes cutting 8’ plywood sheets much easier & faster

Very happy with my purchase
After a quick setup, I was truing up 6 ft boards. I found this to be much easier than my benchtop jointer. The edges of each board left very little pressure needed to glue them up perfectly. The only small issue I encountered was the connector bars tended to loosen after 2 cuts. This was not an issue with the original product, just the addon. Easy to solve by checking and re-tighten the tiny screws after every cut.Ver másVer menos

Be prepared to face industrial glue when taking off the anti-slide strips.
Here's what worked to get residue from the anti-slide strips off of the original Kreg product (after using a hair dryer to pry the anti-slide strips off in the first place -- I have had this tool for a long time): materials: ACETONE, ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS, YOUR LONGISH FINGERNAILS AND ANGRY DETERMINATION, NITRILE GLOVES -- OR NOT (I didn't bother), !/2 HOUR OF YOUR TIME. Do this outside over grass or something, Expect to go through a half roll of paper towels. Drench a paper towel in acetone so it is dripping. First pass, use your nails over top the drenched paper towel to dig the glue off. The glue will ball up the first time. Power through. Several passes -- a foot at a time. I set them vertically against a garbage can. You will get to a point where a drenched paper towel will go one entire wipe. Use you fingernail to dig out the corner. Go buy a new bottle of acetone. Pour yourself a double. I would have spent the extra $50 to just buy the new tool if I had known cured industrial glue had to come off. Did I *have* to get it perfect? Yes. You don't want this going wrong for the new strips. Kreg, or Amazon, made it difficult to figure out what they were selling in the first place.Ver másVer menos

Does include connecting bars
Based on my reading of the reviews, I was uncertain, whether or not this had the connector bars to connect to my other set. The product I received did include the connecting bars and everything you need to connect to an already existing set.

Essential for any workshop
After experiencing a disaster using an old metal guide to cut a bifold door down to fit the opening (required a visit to emerg and stitches in the hand) I ordered this extension kit.It’s the perfect addition to my tool eco-system.
