Has held up perfectly after 5 years of heavy use. Love this set!
I bought this 5 years ago for my guest bedroom. It has survived through 2 litters of kittens playing and growing up on it( feral litters we brought inside) , and several adult cats sleeping on it daily,along with a year of my teenage nephew's heavy abuse, in addition to many other guests and family members using it. It's still in great shape after probably 60+ washings. It's still soft as ever and the color hasn't faded at all. I came back to look at the listing to find curtains to match it and figured I should finally leave a review. After 5 years, the sheets have pilled slightly from the kittens claws all over it but is still soft and the comforter is still in perfect shape. It has held up longer, and with more abuse than any other comforter bedding set I've ever bought, which is a lot. And with a very decent price, makes it very worthwhile. Not too shabby for the price you pay.
This comforter set is worth the pricce. It’s a 10 piece set for $50, you really can’t beat it! It’s not the softest comforter, but it isn’t uncomfortable. The sheets and the pillow case covers are also decent, not soft but they’re not rough or uncomfortable either. The design and color arrived exactly as I had expected it to. The only issue I have with the product is that upon washing my pillow for the first time, on a gentle cycle, along with pillow case covers.. it had ripped and is no longer useful. It came out of the washer ripped and I am pretty disappointed as it says they can be washed on a gentle cycle- apparently that is not the case. If you’re looking for a thick and soft comforter set, this isn’t for you. But if you’d like a trendy cute set that does it’s job on a low budget, i’d recommend. Light and Slim Comforter. Value for money.
So happy with my purchase. Looks absolutely gorgeous for the price. Its light but warm enough for me as I tend to feel to warm and suffocating with heavier comforter. Weirdly Warm
I received this set as a Christmas gift. I like that the comforter is double sided and I find I use the solid blue more often. The colours are nice and the comforter is soft but weirdly warm. We live in Canada and I like my room cool during the night. I am currently sleeping with two fans on and find I am kicking this comforter off during the night. This thing retains heat more than my duvet. The sheet fits very nice over a pillow top and has deep pockets. They wash up nice, keep their shape and the colour has held well during repeated washes.
