Solid heart rate monitor
Syncs up perfectly with my peloton. I read another reviewer wrote to not sync it with my phone- and to go straight for the bike. I did it that was and have had no problems.

Affordable and Accurate, Great Battery Life
Love this armband for running/ exercising. I own the Coospo chest strap monitor, but wanted something more comfortable and easier to put on when in a hurry. Did a A and B comparison of the 2 on a run( chest strap through my watch and armband through Strava) and the readings were the same with the armband just taking a couple seconds longer to pick up increases in my HR change. Battery Life is phenomenal and I've charged once with hours of use. Love the light feature to let you know it's on/connected.Ver másVer menos

Measuring the beats per minute
This works well in conjunction with the aerobic program I use. It seems to be accurate, but you may need to try a few different arm locations for a good connection and increased accuracy. Fast charging, as well. Nice item for the price.

Unreliable data after just two months of use: Defective Product, Defective Customer Service
UPDATE 09 July 2026. Still have not receive refund or any communication from seller.UPDATE 23 January 2026. Seller contacted me via Amazon immediately after I posted the product review below, offering a full refund. A month has passed without the seller issuing the promised refund, even after I contacted them twice. Defective product. Defective customer service.Worked fine for first month, now at the end of second month hr data is wildly inaccurate. Either shows 60bpm or 180bpm, never inbetween, no matter my workout intensity. Unfortunately 30 day Amazon return window has closed :(Ver másVer menos

Great device, great customer service
Simple and effective heart rate monitor, occasionally loses connectivity but comes back quickly. Accurate monitoring and comfortable to wear. Supports working out at least 12 hours a week.Great customer service, when my device surprisingly stopped working after a few months the customer service was responsive and helpful. Would give 4.5 stars if possible!Ver másVer menos

Perfect for teen. zone training. value.
Brilliant unit. brought for my daughter to do zone training at rugby. you pair with polar app on your phone and get the polar app to send audible messages through bluetooth earbuds when you go outside your range. you can set zones on your phone. and also listen to spotify etc. polar records all the training info historically too. great buy thanks so much. i have the polar watch that does all this as well but that is mine, and didnt want to fork out for a new polar or gamin. this is pretty accurate in comparison to the actual polar watch and the bang for your buck is insane! perfect for a teen.Ver másVer menos

Optical sensors need to "warm up" to provide accurate data when running
I've had a COOSPO chest strap for about 5 years and it's still going strong - great product. However, my wife wanted to start tracking her HR during workouts and we both wanted to give an armband a try. I run about 25 miles a week and she's a walker. I wanted a controlled environment and pace so I ran on my Pro-Form treadmill.I ran an easy 5 miles with the chest strap for a controlled test. You'll see a fairly straight line predominantly in Zone 1, creeping into Zone 2.After a break, I turned on the bluetooth pairing on the treadmill and then turned on the armband HRM. It paired effortlessly! This was going great.I then ran an easy 3 miles with the armband around my outer bicep. After about 30 seconds the readout kicked in and was spiking massively all over the place as it tried to read my blood flow. I was in Zone 5 in just a few minutes (not really). It finally settled in after about a half mile and provided fairly consistent readings, although typical spikes had a higher deviation (2-8 BPM) than with the chest strap (1-3 BPM). I realize the electrical signals from a chest strap are more accurate but had not expected all the spiking and especially not having to get it to "warm up" to work. I was tempted to give it another chance but that's the deal breaker for me. After doing some research, a "warm up period" is a common phenomenon. The armband might be good for casual tracking but I need something I can trust a bit more right from the start. If you're willing to ignore data for 5 minutes or so, or, start an activity before tracking then an optical sensor device might be good for you. This one seems well made and I just discovered the inherent faults of the technology...Ver másVer menos

Long lasting accurate HR strap
The HR sensor was easy to pair with my Garmin (and now Suunto) watch, MyWhoosh or Zwift. I compared the sensor with a chest HR band and it was remarkably close, making me feel confident in the numbers and data it is giving me. The charge lasts forever and it recharges remarkably quickly. It has lasted well thus far! Very happy with the HR sensor overall.Ver másVer menos

A simple and cost effective HRM armband.
The coospo HRM armband is a simple and cost effective way to gather information about heart rate and, via bluetooth connectivity, make that information accessible on a range of devices. I considered replacing my hiking watch with a more connected fitness/outdoors watch, but I couldn't really see the point of spending over $1000 (AUS) for a watch that essentially duplicated the information already on my phone. At under $100 (AUS) this Coospo armband bridges the gap. By using apps like Strava and Google Fit I can get all of the information from the Coospo that I would otherwise need a watch by Garmin, Suunto, Polar or Coros to access.I have compared the HR information from the Coospo with a Polar GPS bike computer with a chest strap, an optical HR reader on my phone and a 'home use' blood pressure and HR monitor with an inflatable cuff. The Coospo produces HR information identical to those other devices. The Coospo has been consistently reliable and has performed well on hikes, bike rides and spin sessions in the gym.None of the devices I have used for tracking HR, including the Coospo, should be considered to be as accurate or reliable as a medical-standard device used by a healthcare professional. However, as a handy and affordable tool for a non-elite level athlete, or someone who just wants to get a relative measure of their fitness as they exercise, the Coospo is excellent value in my opinion.Ver másVer menos

Great product and price, exceptional customer service
I've always worn a chest strap, but after some extreme chaffing one day I decided to give optical a go. I chose the CooSpo on the basis of good reviews and because it seemed better value for money than some of the better known devices. The product itself is excellent. Because you wear it higher up your arm (just under the elbow) than wrist-based optical devices it appears to give a more accurate and stable reading - certainly similar to my Wahoo and Garmin chest straps. It paired easily with my Garmin Fenix and iPhone. It's more comfortable than the chest strap, although it does have to be worn fairly tight. The battery is quick to charge and lasts a long time - it held out during a 40 mile run anyway. But there is always a concern that, in the event of a problem, the customer service may not be as strong as the more well-known brands. Not in this case. I stupidly left the charger in Spain, so tried to find a replacement when I got back to the UK. Unable to, I contacted the company. Emma replied within a few hours, and after a slight mix-up (Emma looks after .com, I am .co.uk) she arranged with her colleague to send me a replacement free of charge. It arrived a few days later. Will buy their products again.
