Unit works well so far, the "feel" however may be slightly compromised
So I was thinking before I bought this that they may not have put enough CPU power into the emulator to reflect that absolute true responsiveness compared to the original hardware, and I think this might be the case. Myself, I would really need an immediate side-by-side comparison but my wife who grew up playing these games says that the controller feel isn't quite as responsive as the original. It is not exposed as much when playing Dr. Mario but she says it's more pronounced with Super Mario Brothers and Legend of Zelda. This is not an issue with the controllers themselves but rather how quick the game responds to a button press. It may not be super obvious to many but there may be a .05 to .1 second delay or something (I'm just guessing at this), but enough to make it seem just a bit out of touch compared to the original hardware.Still a nice unit (so far). I did get the controller extender cables so those are nice. Also the controllers came with replacement internal parts which tells me that they wear out often?Ver másVer menos

So far it has been great!
I bought this for my family last week. It was my spouse's idea to get this for our son's 6th birthday. We all like playing it and no issues so far. It was very easy to set up and start using right away. I like the demo mode that will start if you are not using it.When I opened it to set it up I couldn't find the USB cord that attaches to the AC power supply. I contacted the seller and they sent a response right away and we're so helpful! I actually ending up finding the cord later. I think my spouse is responsible for misplacing it, lol.Ver másVer menos

Not what it claims to be
This is NOT an original Nintendo NES. I'm returning it and the refund won't come until after Christmas. So now I won't be able to get what I need in time to give him the gift he wanted for Christmas.I'm very disappointed.

Fun
We are having sooo much fun playing this Nintendo I so recommend getting this game reminds me of old times and we have so much fun, don’t have frogger which is sad because we used to like to play frogger but it has the majority of the games we had when we were younger.Ver másVer menos

One of the only ways to get an authentic NES Classic mini
I had tried buying these on auction sites and elsewhere, but they were always the poor quality knock-offs. This arrived and I was please to see it's authentic, with the proper Nintendo power brick and cable. I hooked it up to my LCD and it works great - playing the games as intended, and also allowing me to do what most NES Classic owners do (look up Hakchi 2). Recommended!Ver másVer menos

System good, controller bad
Taking off one star because the controller stopped working after just a few games. Had to have a credit applied for a replacement which was a bit of a hassle as they could not just replace the controller and originally did not want to give enough credit to get another controller meaning we would have to pay for a portion of it. The system itself has had no issues and has a ton of great games from when we were kids.Ver másVer menos

Great condition
I have never bought something renewed but it works great. I'm very happy with my purchase. I especially love playing any game with mario.

Terrible store, poor product quality.
I bought the Nintendo 64 because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. I thought it was the best store because I saw the reviews and apparently, they were all good. And to be honest, I bought the most expensive one. When it arrived, it was a huge disappointment because my girlfriend already knew it was coming, and when I received it, it didn’t work! It wouldn’t turn on, and no image came out. I sent an email and they never replied. So, I had to return it. Poor quality, poor customer service from the store.Ver másVer menos
