And touchscreen didn’t work and keys are stuck.
I’m aware it’s renewed so it’s not going to be completely brand new even though you can buy the exact same product brand new from Walmart for the exact same price but again I was aware when purchasing that it was not going to be perfect cosmetically however, I did expect the functionality of it to be 100% I received the package plugged in the charger and after removing the bubble wrap, I plugged the Chromebook in and let it charge for about three hours. When I turned it on, it was fully charged and I put in all my information to start off then attempted to use the touchscreen portion considering that’s half of why I bought it. It did not work, and there are no settings to enable or disable it. There are troubleshooting options that also did not work as if that was not already bad enough. I then realize that the right shift key is completely stuck in place. I tried to contact support immediately in order to return this item and get a refund and instead of getting help. They are going to contact me in 3 to 5 business days. Just to give you guys a heads up there is clearly zero quality check before sending it out to their customers so just be aware about any Amazon laptops that are renewed.Ver másVer menos

couldnt get it to connect to the internet
Had to send back. would not connect to internet.

It ok condition
It’s a nice laptop and it came in early, but it wasn’t as good looking as they described. Lots of scratches on it. Lots of wear and tear which they said it was an excellent condition refurbished I would just say it’s in fair condition.

Renewed does not mean is in working condition.
Laptop has never worked correctly from day 1. Now after 5 months I cannot access any website that I have visited before. I am too late to return this so am SOL.

Doesn't receive updates anymore.
Snappy Chromebook. Too bad it stopped receiving updates in June 2022. Not sure if I'll keep it.

Not Chrome OS. It's Windows 10
This computer said it was using Chrome OS. I specifically purchased for this reason. When I turned it on I see it is Windows 10. It works fine and for 70 bucks it will be fine for my current needs.
