Good bulbs, nice and bright
I haven't had these long enough to know about lifespan, but I have the same bulbs in smaller wattages and they have held up very well, so I expect the same for these. This 18W light is quite bright, I'd say at least a 100W equivalent, and the light is a clear white color, bright and non-glary and seems to offer excellent color rendition on objects.If I had a nit to pick it would be that because of the design & construction they don't throw as much light downward as a typical, old-style incandescent bulb. The large plastic cup that forms the base prevents that sort of light distribution, so maybe not the best style for a reading light, stitching light, etc. Otherwise a great bulb, energy-efficient, long lasting, and not terribly expensive.Ver másVer menos
