  Matches natural dirty blonde/brown hair!

  Wow, I'm actually very impressed with this color (cool tea)! I've always said it would be impossible to match my natural hair color and this actually came very very close! I had previously tried going back to my natural but the dye was a bit too light I guess and left a reddish tint that I wasn't fond of, so I bought this with low hopes and was brilliantly surprised! Came out a very pretty ashy natural dirty blonde -- no, it's not blonde, but if you know you know, it's a light brown, but in the sun it reflects like blonde highlights almost.   Love the color! Wish it would stay on longer and cover the gray better

  I really like this Cool Tea color. Got lots of compliments for it. I also like that this hair color brand is gentle and doesn't hurt my scalp. It also helps make my hair feel soft. It does not cover gray as well as it advertises. But still it's the only brand I'm using to dye my hair at home.Ver másVer menos

  I am highly impressed how fast and perfectly it covers the grey. No mess, super easy to use and excellent quality. I will be buying this again.Doesn't comes with bowl and brush though.Highly recommend

  I had a subscription for Medium Ash Brown for quite a while. I had no issues til recent (July 18) I carefully slit the top of grey packaging to make sure its the right color, so that if it wasn't, I could easily return the item in its own packaging. This time I was sent Light Amber Brown. It's a major color change and no way I'd retint my roots in that color. I tried to request a replacement but I did not get a response. Now that I have encountered an issue there was no help from the sender. Complete radio silence. I simply canceled my subscription. Basically, everything was fine til this happened. Maybe if you have an issue with color they might reach out to you, but they did not with me and I have been on this subscription for more than a year.Ver másVer menos

  I have never had a hair dye that did not work!!!

  I’m not one to write reviews but when I feel like it warrants a review I will give one. I got the 2 pack yesterday and put it on my hair today. I have never had a hair dye not work until today! I have used this product for years so it’s not like I don’t know how to put dye on my hair. When I put it in the bottle to mix it was really thick. I shook it the best I could and started applying. By the time I got more than 1/2 way thru the bottle it started clumping and getting thicker and was hard to squeeze thru the nozzle. I made sure my roots had enough mixture on them but ended up having to leave about 1/4 of it in the bottle because I couldn’t get it out. After leaving it on 30 minutes I rinsed it out and put on the conditioner. Here is a picture of the top of my head after finishing. There is a good chance this stuff has been sitting around a while and is old. I would not buy right now if I was you until new product gets in the warehouses. I doubt I will try the second box! On the bright side- this brand is my favorite hair dye and I will continue to use but will probably purchase in a store for now.Ver másVer menos
