  Bright color as described, easy to assemble. Stars on rubber tires ✨️ the best is a cute throw back to plastic wicked basket with little flower. Great bike for little 5 year old girl.

  Really impressed. Well packaged for damage pevention. All hardware was there plus tools. I recommend using your own metric wrench set (15mm is the biggest you'll need).Assembly is fairly simple for those who have assembled anything before. Follow instructions. Go slow.The straps that attach the basket are acceptable, but I recommend using a couple of white zip ties instead. The plastic basket was a bit misshaped, but I stuffed a rolled towel inside it for a few hours and it looks fine now.Hint: If you find you are missing a rear wheel bolt (like I did), look inside the white, circular protector.   Seriously, get this bike!

  I was so nervous to purchase a children’s bike completely online without seeing it in person, but I trusted my gut with this one and I am SO glad I did!!First of all, it’s adorable, we chose the 16” for our 3’6.5” daughter and I think she’ll have plenty of room to grow. I’m obsessed with the colors, the stars all over, the stickers it came with for my daughter to name her bike…It arrived in a very timely manor (which was extra great considering this bike was to replace the DUD we purchased from WALMART) and my husband said he could tell the packaging was so well-considered for protecting all the parts, nothing arrived damaged or bent.It did appear, however, we didn’t have exactly the same assembly requirements as the manual depicted but it was really easy to figure out and the quality is seriously top-notch, we’ve had zero issues so far compared to the WALMART BIKE: which was 18” in size, was the smallest they had, and the description claimed to fit our daughter — with room to spare, but it was too still big for her even with the seat pushed all the way down after REMOVING the seat reflector, and not to mention the pedals were so stiff she could barely turn them.<<WALMART BIKEANYWAY, nice job Joystar, keep it up. 10/10 recommend this bike.Ver másVer menos

  Wheels are kind of stiff

  Overall, this is a great toddler bike and my child has really enjoyed riding it. It feels sturdy, was easy to put together, and the size is perfect for little riders who are just learning. The seat and handlebars are comfortable, and it has held up well with regular use. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the pedals are a little stiff and it took my toddler a bit of time to get used to it.   Best Customer Service!

  You guys, not only is this bike BEAUTIFUL and easy to put together, I just had the BEST experience with customer service. I really waffled between the 12 inch and 14 inch for my 4 year old, ultimately choosing the 14 inch. It was a little big, but after a week of practice, she got it. She absolutely loves the colors. She lives on this bike but absentmindedly parked in front of mom's van the other day! The plastic cracked and the rear wheel rim bent. (She still rides it, but it wobbles.) I saw Joystar sold front wheel replacement tires, but not back. Joystar explained the difference between front and rear wheels (sheepish cough because I didn't know). They advised to check with the local bike shop, which said it was beyond repair. Joystar offered to ship a replacement rear wheel!!! I am so grateful for Joystar :)Ver másVer menos

  Not worth the headache and frustration

  Ordered this bike for my 3 year old granddaughter’s birthday. She couldn’t wait to ride it! It’s a really pretty bike but that is literally the only positive thing about this bike. The first problem was I had to reach out to customer service just to install the training wheels. Thought we were good to go but nope. The chain would not stay on and the cheap plastic that covers the chain keeps you from being able to adjust it. We had to remove the plastic completely. Got the chain on. She starts to ride. Within 5 minutes the chain fell off 4 times. She fell off the bike twice because of this issue. Decided right then bike was getting returned. I reached out to customer service and they advised me to visit my local bike shop to have the chain fixed. I’m not taking time out of my life to fix an issue on a brand new bike that is clearly not safe for a child to ride. It’s a pretty little bike but not worth the headache. Go buy a much more well known named bike like Huffy.Ver másVer menos

  My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loves it! 🥰 It was super easy to assemble, and the rainbow colors are just great. 🌟 Perfect for little ones, and the training wheels make it so safe and fun! 😉💖

  No tardó en llegar. Igual a la imagen. Sus acabados son todos en estrella ⭐. Facil de armar, trae sus herramientas. El asiento acolchado. Es pesada lo que la convierte en resistente.
