Just what I needed
I needed a way to hook up a second monitor that had 3840 x 2160 resolution. Having only one [HDMI] display port that could handle that resolution already in use by my primary monitor, this became my solution. Plug and play installation. Turns on as soon as I log onto my computer. Problem solved. I’m loving my dual monitor setup.Ver másVer menos

4k, yes, but also works fine for 2560x1440 (2k)
Attention all - J5Create JUA354 did the trick! $35 AmazonUSB to HDMI allows 4k (as advertised). I'm just using it for 2560x1440 and loving it on my 32" monitor. My setup> Old laptop> 27" monitor 2560x1440 using HDMI> 27" monitor 2560x1440 using HDMI to USB (JUA354)> 19" monitor (1280x1040) using VGA to USB (JUA190)> Laptop screen as well.I'm guessing that I will now be the most productive individual on the planet.Ver másVer menos

Awesome product the 4K It's not the best though.
Right now, I let a friend use it because her laptop had problems. She's using it every day for work and told me that it works perfectly fine. Before I let her use it, I tried the 4K feature and I must say that even though it's not bad, it's not the best either.Ver másVer menos

What useless piece of ykw...
The product is horribly useless, the picture and video on the monitor is blurry and delayed by msecs. Had to return it. These Chinese-made products are a real pain. It is also always a hit and miss thing...

Works on some computers but not all
So I was in high hopes that this would work for our projector and laptop. The laptop is Auusda brand and has windows 11 pro on it. Using this product I though t would work, but does not work with this laptop. Not sure if it's because it's windows 11 or the graphics card on the laptop that just won't work with it. I installed the drivers it just doesn't work. I also tried it with another monitor and it would not work. I then tried it with my pc tower computer that has windows 10 on it. It worked just fine hooked up with the hdmi ports and projected to the projector just fine. I could also steam Netflix, etc in that way. The drivers that are for a PC are only for windows 10 and later, but some reviews have said it still works on windows 11. That is why I'm assuming it's the laptop that is just incompatible with any shared screens. So this product works great, but it's hard to know if I'm right or not on how it works with my laptop. So I didn't give it perfect reviews for that. It could be the device? or my computer? I don't really know. I really was hoping for it to work with it though. Now I don't really have a need for this product. :(Ver másVer menos

Finally one that works
I have been looking for a working USB A to HDMI converter. The USB-C on my laptop does not output video. and I have bought about 5 different adapters that all claim they work as long as you install the driver. This is the only one that has worked. I paid a little more for it, but the higher price is worth it.Ver másVer menos

Gute, preiswerte DisplayLink-Alternative, nichts für den Primärmonitor
Achtung: kein DisplayLink!

does exactly what it says it will do. USB3.0 to HDMi easily
works perfectly. Downloaded the driver, plugged into USB3.0 and HDMi to my third screen, does exactly what it said it would do. Have tried several other methods with this laptop and this is the ONLY one that worked. Absolute bargain.

Not getting resolution as mentioned in description
I ordered this item to get Resolution Up to 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz however I can only get resolution until 2560 x 1440 @ 60 Hz. I don't find any setting or configuration on any portal to make it working. It is actually wasted my money because I can get same in my old HDMI port.Ver másVer menos
