Vendor is VERY helpful
The setup is straightforward, there are pictures and wiring diagrams for the various way you can setup your doors and readers. We needed to know how to have 2 readers operate one door (reader on the inside and reader out the outside). The vendor sent back a picture already made of how to do it, and a link to the diodes needed to be wired into the lines. I got those and wired them in and everything works now.The software is a bit difficult to use at times, and it does a lot that we have no need for (time tracking by using door entry and exit and such). But the whole system works great and is a lot cheaper than the system we had in our old office. We got a glass door attachment as well for the lock and it worked with this system fine. We were even able to use the door striker locks that already existed on the doors, which saved a lot of time.A+ for the help that BRs/Wood Chen gave me in the 2 readers 1 door question.Ver másVer menos
