Good product overall
Works really well, but only for a while. After about 3 or 4 weeks, it begins to stop working. Side effects-can leave you groggy if you don't get enough sleep. Helps you sleep better for a month or so. No odor. Good value for money, they don't cost a lot. Just melatonin and veggie caps. No other ingredients as far as I readVer másVer menos

Great way to take melatonin, it’s slow release helps to stay asleep.

Time-released, quality company
Excellent company if you are searching for a high grade melatonin. This brand was recommended to me by my naturopathic doctor. Time-released which helps me get quality sleep.

Good brand
I bought these for my daughter at the recommendation of her behavioral therapist. She feels they work well. I use this brand for other products and it is well recommended by both holistic practitioners I’ve worked with.

Works too well
Great product but dose is too high. Melatonin is a hormone that’s not good to over-supplement & it’s one of those that “less is better” is recommended.I love that I can eventually sleep like the dead - it takes a while to kick in - but I have a big drugged-type hangover next day. SR is great to eliminate waking up too much. I just have a hard time to remember taking it enough hours before bed.I want this but in 1mg dose. I’m sad Pure Encaps doesn’t have that.Ver másVer menos

Incredibly Helpful for Sleep & Not Hard to Swallow w/Water or w/o
I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to meVer másVer menos
