Why didn’t I buy this sooner

This has officially become one of my favorite purchases. My preteen is in that stage where she’d rather throw her hair into a ponytail and call it a day, which is fine. But I’ve been trying to remind her that it has to be conditioned and taken care of. So I wanted something that would make hair wash days easier for all of my girls. That’s why I decided to give this blow-dry brush a try, and I am honestly blown away(no pun intended). It cut our routine down so much, and the difference was immediate. I tested it on her hair first. Her hair dried so much faster, it was noticeably smoother with way less frizzy, and it looked like we had spent way more time on it than we actually did!I did use a heat protectant spray beforehand, which gave it a little extra shine, but this tool did the heavy lifting. I mean the before and after speaks for itself. The best part? She looked in the mirror and said she actually wanted to wear her hair down. 🥹 As a mom, seeing that little confidence boost makes it so worth it! If you’ve been on the fence about buying one, this is your sign. It made our routine faster, easier, and gave salon-looking results without all the extra steps. I genuinely wish I had bought it sooner. And I’m so glad my stubborn preteen agreed to let me do her hair more! This was so affordable and extremely worth it!Ver más

Styling

My mom bought this hot air brush and she really loves it. It’s easy to use and helps dry and style the hair at the same time. Her hair looks smoother and more polished after using it, and she likes how convenient it is for everyday styling.

One Use: LOVE IT! (Pic After Sleeping On It)

I’ve only used the product once so far, but am so excited to continue using it going forward! I let my hair air dry almost completely and used the Round Brush Blower on mildly damp hair. It worked beautifully and dried and straightened my hair within less than ten minutes. (I didn’t time it to precision but I know it was under ten.)I wasn’t going for extreme styling. I just wanted non-frizzy hair with some semblance of neatness. I used to have wavy hair with the occasional banana curl. It was bouncy and full. With hormone issues, it began slightly thinning over the years but still maintained its volume and bounce. Unfortunately, round IV of COVID left me with COVID Hair Loss. My hair thinned noticeably and lost its “life.” While it has begun to come back to life again, it’s still thinner than it used to be and has barely any wave and bounce now. (I still hope that may reverse with more time, but who knows.)I decided to straighten my hair in the healthiest manner possible, just to give it at least a minimal style and nicer look. I was in love with my Maxi Glide flat iron in college and a bit beyond, but the steam function broke years ago. I’m not very coordinated and using a hair dryer with a separate round brush works but is super annoying to use for me.After reading a billion reviews, I settled on the Revlon Salon One Step Dryer and Volumizer (Original Model) and I am glad that I did this far!It was so easy to use and worked like a charm. (Side Bar: I have small hands and was intimidated by the size of the handle when I opened the box. Don’t be! It was really comfortable to hold and manipulate!) With Garnier Sleek and Shine Anti-Frizz oil only on my ends, the Brush Blower left my hair soooo smooth and soft, frizz free and styled with a slight flip at the ends. And, again using on only damp hair, it was fast! When I showed my Husband in the other room he loved it and even commented that it was straight but still had body and that the product did not leave my hair too flat. Later that night I received multiple compliments from my family when we stopped by for a get-together, specifically on my hair.As I have said, it has only been one use and so I cannot speak to durability, but I really do love it and am so excited to keep using it. I purchased a case for it separately to protect the bristles from bending and damage. (I have no where to hang it for storage, so it will be shoved in a drawer and I want it to last.)Overall, I am super happy and recommend this product! 😁ADDENDUM: Many people are noting that it gets super hot and is VERY Loud. Yes and Yes, BUT. So, the heat on High is very hot - haven’t tried Low yet). BUT, I shut off the blower and put it down to section out the next piece of hair I wanted to work on each time, and I also only went over each strip twice only , once on top and once on bottom and did not hold still on any spots. So, my hair did not overheat or even smell burnedish, like it used to with my hair blower. This manner of use may not be very good for the motor, with off and on back and forth, and I didn’t think of it at first. So, next time, I think I’ll switch it to cool when I put it down instead. It was so quick to use that I didn’t find the heat a problem at all. In fact, years ago I returned a newer hair blower because it didn’t get nearly as hot as my old one did and wound up sticking with old faithful instead. As to Noise! Yes, it is loud, but no louder than my 1992 hair blower is that I still use. The problem is the PITCH! It has a very high pitch and tinny note to it. My old hair blower is much lower in pitch and therein lies the difference! The Revlon Brush Blower basically sounds like a cheap stick vacuum that I used to have and got rid of specifically because of the noise, as I get migraines. Hubby gave me some of his foam in-the ear plugs to pop in when I am using the Brush Blower and it was fabulous. I would have suffered through because it works so great, but he is right. Over time the pitch of this thing would be no good for hearing health. So, I highly recommend grabbing some earplugs for yourself and to use them while drying and styling, just for hearing’s sake! 😉** NOTE: The attached picture is the next morning, after a night out with family and then sleeping on it. So, some of the volume is gone and the ends have lost their “flip,” but it’s still sleek and soft and frizz-free! YAY!! 🥳

Great tool for quick hair styling!

This air brush works amazing. I have naturally curly hair, and this tool was very easy to use for a novice like me. I took me about 30 minutes because I have A LOT of fine hair. I only gave it 4 stars because it get VERY VERY hot on the high setting. Since you're supposed to use this tool on hair that's 80% dry, it'll blast clouds of steam out of your hair, and I'm not trying to damage my hair. Works perfectly well on low heat.Ver más

Salon-Looking Blowouts at Home

I absolutely love the Revlon One-Step Volumizer! It makes styling my hair so much easier and gives me that smooth, full-bodied blowout look without having to juggle a separate hair dryer and round brush. The 2.8-inch barrel is great for adding volume and creating a smooth finish, especially around the roots and ends. It heats up quickly and is very easy to use. I also appreciate how much time it saves compared with my usual blow-drying routine. My hair looks smoother, fuller, and more polished when I use it. Overall, this is a great styling tool for the price and has become one of my favorite ways to get a quick, salon-style blowout at home. I would 100% definitely recommend it!Ver más

Just buy it! It’s great!

My only regret is not buying this sooner. I am curling iron challenged and my arms get so tired from using a hair dryer and brush. I actually never use my hair dryer because I get so hot and irritated by how long it takes and how tired my arms get. My hair is very long and thick, and this thing works! I can get to the root without burning myself, so that I don’t have that crimp in the back of my hair, like what happens when I straighten it. Only need a straightener to touch up some bits, but that’s because my hair is so thick and I like a super smooth finish. I’m sure this would give you a super smooth finish with a little more time and hair serum. With that said, it’s smoother than I have ever gotten from a hair dryer and brush. I love this thing! I used it on towel dried hair with Mielle heat protectant. I sectioned it in small sections but quickly learned it could handle larger sections. You do need to go over each section several times if your hair is thick, but it does get your hair completely dry. Strong airflow with cool, medium, and high settings. Not as heavy as a hair dryer, and my arms did not get tired. I’m just so impressed. I will be using this all the time now. No more sleeping in wet hair for me! Highly recommend!!Ver más

One of My Best Hair Purchases

I’ve been using this hair dryer brush for a while, and I really love it. It’s very easy to use and dries my hair much faster than a regular blow dryer. It leaves my hair smooth, soft, and with great volume, without making it look frizzy. The brush is comfortable to hold, and the results look almost like I just left the salon. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save time while achieving beautiful hair at home.Ver más

I love looking like I just got back from the salon after using this!

I have very thick hair, and a lot of it. I love this!!! Rough dry and then finish with this, it doesn't cut down the time BUT doesn't add to it either - so it is totally worth it. I feel like I just left the salon after using it. My hair comes out looking so shiny and no frizz. I don't even need to use my flat iron after. It was easy to use, there are some great tutorials on YT and TT <3Ver más

Happy Wife!

Bought this to replace failed, heavily used other brand of dryer; wife is very happy with the product. She commented that it was more "powerful" drying her hair in less time than the previous model.

Muy buen producto

My satisfecha con mi compra.
