Great taste and dissolves completely. Not overly sweet and I've mixed it in with protein powder. Will buy again. Little pricey but get good amount of servings from package.

We have tried many electrolyte drinks and powders. This one tastes great good ingredients 4 grams of sugar. Potassium sodium simple minerals. Works great for Muscle cramps amazing how much out bodies need more in hot weather.

Love this hydration powder, perfect to drink before bed after a long night of fun :). This doesn't taste too salty like some of the other hydration powders.

The mix is great but they do not include a scoop, which makes it almost impossible to take with you and refill bottles while out.

I bought this because I was looking for hydration without a lot of sugar. Not only does it taste delicious but it works great! Just ran out. I’m going to re-order soon.
