  Absolute trash. I want a refund.

  I ordered a two pack for maybe $46.00 and got maybe 12 copies out of the first cartridge. I didn't get one copy out of the second cartridge. I cut it out if the plastic today. I am done. I want a refund. This printer is trash. The ink vendor is trash. At $3.83 a copy this trash makes me miss the coin operated Xerox machine at the local post office. Never again!Ver másVer menos

  Product works fine every time I've purchased it

  My business is high production when it comes to printing things for it. I go through one of the XL cartridges every month. These genuine Brother ink cartridges have never failed me, and the print quality is excellent. If you have a Brother printer, their original ink cartridges are the way to go.   Yellow Cartridge

  I agree, either bogus yellow cartridge or manufacturing problem; this is the second time I have issues with the yellow cartridge. It shows ink but does not work. I will need to order elsewhere.I have been traveling so haven’t used printer much, other colors are working but always the same issue.Ver másVer menos

  Not worth the price for Brother “genuine” ink

  I don’t Know if it’s just me but I find these ‘genuine’ inks run out awfully fast, even faster than generics. It’s like they are only half full. I seemed to have change them more often but my printing amounts haven’t changed
