Works flawlessly to extend Ethernet cable
After moving, I had a 50ft cable that was going to be a bit short to route to my new room. So I ordered a 75ft cable and of course I didn’t measure it and just made an estimate so it was still too short. I decided to just use this coupler to connect both cables.Works flawlessly. The adapter feels solidly built and the cables click into place securely. I’m getting the full 500+Mbps connection speed that I’m paying for. No issues whatsoever on my PC and PS5.Ver másVer menos

Cool Thing that Works
Works great, didn’t realize it was a gig only so I’m actually getting a less cool looking one that’s 10gbps. this one does look very cool though, so I’m keeping it.

It's a great tool to help in a pinch.
It's a great tool to help in a pinch. If you had the skill and resources I'd recommend just making a longer Ethernet cable, but in the situation I was in, I didn't have the time, skills, or resources to do so. It was a lifesaver to be able to extend my ethernet cord around the house and it was a perfect fit. I do believe it slowed down my internet speeds just a bit, but it was better than being wireless.Ver másVer menos

Solid connect / disconnect!
Being stuck with a desktop, without the wi-fi working, I went back to CAT5, CAT6, Ethernet cables for access to the DSL router. However, lightning where I am is frequent, thus I want the ability to physically connect / disconnect the Ethernet connection. This RJ-45 coupler is rock solid, thus far. I've had the cheap, flimsy, ones before, and they keep loosing connection. Thus far, this is a solid winner. I'll try these next on the RJ-45 microphone connections on Kenwood amateur radios that are used today. Being just audio and DTMF tone commands, that should work well.Ver másVer menos

Reliable Cat6 Ethernet Extension
Reliable Cat6 Ethernet Extension** This RJ45 coupler works flawlessly with my Cat6 cables, maintaining a stable Gigabit Ethernet connection without any noticeable drop in speed or signal quality. I used it to extend an Ethernet cable run, and it handled the job perfectly, ensuring consistent 1000Mbps speeds throughout. The connection is secure, with no loose fits or interruptions. If you're looking to extend your Cat6 cable and need something that won't degrade your Gigabit network, this coupler is exactly what you need.”Ver másVer menos

Works perfectly
My wife has been using it for her work stuff for quit a while now and it works perfectly, super cheap but lasts a long time. It has not effected her signal strength or connectivity and due to the small size it is not noticeable. Easy to install and easy to forget about.Ver másVer menos

No noticeable lag in performance
I needed to extend my ethernet connection from one side of a 15' x 13' room (where the builders visualized the entertainment center) to the opposite side of the room (where the builders visualized the sofa) by RJ45 ethernet cable. I found these babies (UGREEN coupler) and they looked great visually, the product specs matched what I needed to hear, and "boom," I got my two 3-meter Audioquest Vodka RJ45's to solve my problem. The 20-foot combined length rocks.Performance-wise, the images and sounds I had with the Audioquest Vodka's are exactly the same as using just one of the cables in the signal path. I did the exact same thing with Audioquest Cinnamon RJ45's in the bedroom. In short--this coupler saves both time and money.Ver másVer menos

Simplicity made durable & satisfying - 5/5 quality
It may not be the cheapest RJ45 coupler out there, but it's one of the few really worth buying. The case is sturdy and durable, made with quality materials to last years. Good choice with matte black, lightweight plastic - not catching fingerprints, hiding the dirt and fitting most setups. Dimensions aren't trying to beat any records (2,36 x 2,6 x 4,35cm), yet it's still small enough piece of gear. The sockets sit firmly and also give the impression of high-quality and precise manufacturing.Summary: well built and durable accessory made to last and provide top results. Zero "china-cheap" feeling and full satisfaction with every aspect. Fully recommended.Ver másVer menos
