Easy to read label, awesome taste, good formula- vit A NOT from beta carotine
These taste like blackberries. I like to eat them. They taste like a candy I would buy just for being a candy. They're a treat. The serving size is two and it's 15 calories so that would be 7.5 calories per gummy.They have that perfect balance of sweet and sour In the flavoring that always makes my mouth water. They have a good aftertaste and don't taste like vitamins whatsoever.I love that the vitamin A in them is not from beta-carotene. Genetically, I can't process that kind, so these are much better for me. It is from retinol acetate and there's 750 mg in it which provides 83% of your daily Ada. I'm also really glad that this has got iodine in it because I eat a lot of sea salt and don't eat iodized salt. It's a good supplemental formula.My batch arrived fresh and very well sealed. It's extremely well labeled and you can actually read the label which I really appreciate because I'm over 50, and small print is getting harder to read. It says to take them preferably with a mail. I haven't found that I have any side effects though. If I do not. The sourcing is clearly labeled much better than any other vitamin I've had. They are made in the US but it says some select ingredients are made from around the world. But I like that it says they're from circana Omnimarket. I feel that's clear and not misleading. A lot of supplement companies these days have labeling that really looks like they're trying to obscure facts- Nature's Bounty doesn't, and it's one of the reasons why I trust the brand.My only real complaint is that the bottle is bigger than it needs to be. I'm conscious of space with things like this and I would like it better if the packaging was not so big, but at least the larger size Is will used for more product information. I have the facts I want.The gummies don't stick together- they're not melted together and they don't smell bad. There's nothing at all unappetizing about them.
