Best investment I’ve made!
This has literally been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I have chronic back issues, and the cushioning, grooves, and textured surface encourage me to keep moving instead of standing rigidly in one spot. It naturally helps with stretching, shifting my weight, and improving comfort throughout the day.The thickness is perfect—it provides excellent support without feeling too soft or unstable. Even when I’m standing in place for long periods, my back, legs, and feet feel noticeably better. If you spend a lot of time on your feet or deal with chronic back pain, I highly recommend this. I only wish I had bought it sooner!Ver másVer menos

I don't know how I lived so long without this mat
This mat is a dream come true and I've been telling all my friends about it so I figured it was worthy of a 5-star review.I am a dancer but I also work and game at a standing desk, so it's great being able to stretch and manipulate my feet when I'm between sessions. This is so much better than just standing around in sneakers or on a traditional mat. Being able to do that coveted stair-lift stretch brings joy to my dancer heart and relieves sore feet so much more efficiently than traditional floor stretching. The edges and the little ball in the middle have just the right amount of squishy resistance that my feet need to stay flexible and it's also great if you find you're a fidgety person that struggles standing in one spot for too long. I can stand on this thing for hours without getting foot fatigue. I will be requesting one of these at all my workplaces.I try to only buy things on Amazon that I'll plan to use over a long period of time because I care deeply about our planet and don't want to add to the growing mountains of waste in our landfills and oceans. I'm not disappointed with the quality of the materials or the thickness and can see this thing lasting a very very long time.I rarely write these kinds of reviews so if I'm here writing this - trust me. It's a good product. The only downside is that it costs so much to ship to New Zealand, and I was worried about the value before it arrived. I'm so happy with it and it was well worth the expense.I can see other ways these types of mats can be useful (particularly for VR gaming) so if the manufacturer is willing to listen, I'd love to spit ball some ideas.Ver másVer menos

Stand All Day, Feel Great: The Desk Mat That Transformed My Workday
I’m 6’2” and weigh 330 pounds. I recently invested in a standing desk to help reduce my sedentary habits, shed some extra weight, and get back into shape. I experience foot pain quite often, including plantar fasciitis, so I decided to try the Non-Flat Anti-Fatigue Mat, hoping it would help me stretch and exercise my feet. This mat has far exceeded my expectations.Unmatched Foot Comfort and ReliefStanding barefoot on the Non-Flat Anti-Fatigue Mat has been a revelation. The various surfaces allow me to massage my feet all day long. The textured areas and different angles are perfect for stretching my toes forward and backward, giving me a great range of motion that I didn’t have before. My feet, which usually ache after long days, actually feel less painful now, despite standing all day.Full-Body EngagementI’ve found myself using the mat for much more than just standing. I use the back edge to stretch my calves, often standing on the balls of my feet and lowering myself down to deepen the stretch. The mat’s design also lets me do calf raises throughout the day, keeping my legs active and engaged.Perfect for Asian SquatsOne of the unexpected benefits of this mat is how well it supports me during Asian (resting) squats. I can comfortably squat for 5-10 minutes at a time while working, with the mat providing the stability I need. This is something I never thought I’d be able to do for extended periods.Productivity BoostI struggle with narcolepsy, and staying awake, alert, and productive throughout the day has always been a challenge, especially during meetings. Since I started using the Non-Flat Anti-Fatigue Mat, my productivity has skyrocketed. Standing helps me stay far more awake and engaged, and this mat allows me to stand much longer without discomfort. It’s been a game-changer for maintaining focus and energy during my long 12-hour shifts.12-Hour Shifts, All Day StandingI work long shifts—often 12 hours at my desk. I initially thought I’d stand for just a few hours each day and sit for the rest. However, this mat has made it so comfortable that I now stand all day long. Despite the long hours, my feet feel better than they have in a long time, and my overall posture has improved.Final ThoughtsAfter only a few weeks of use, I can confidently say that the Non-Flat Anti-Fatigue Mat has been a game-changer for my workday, my foot health, and my productivity. If you’re looking to stand for work, this mat is a must-have!

Wonderful product, ESSENTIAL for stand up desks!
I have sensitive feet and as a person who uses a standing desk every day this is ESSENTIAL to my configuration. I stand for over 6 hours every day and I couldn't imagine doing it without this pad. I highly recommend the larger version over the shorter version because when my ADHD kicks in I like to stim and move around. My one regret is that there are not more textures to play with on this pad, that's why I give it 4/5 stars. Aside from lack of more textures though, this is about as perfect of a product one can get. It's durable, nicely padded to use with or without shoes, slip resistant, and decent for massaging the arches of my high gaited foot with. This is a product that is built to last and is nice and firm while being soft at the same time.Ver másVer menos

Five Stars
As a standing desk worker, I always experienced the problem of tired feet. That’s not until I heard of the comfort mats. Not sure of what model will work for me, I made up my mind to settle for two mats built with quality and comfort in mind. These are Ergocomfy Not-Flat Anti Fatigue Mat and Topo by Ergodriven Anti-Fatigue Mat. With their new-generation features, these mats have proven to be one of the favorites among standing desk users. Below is a comparison review of the two mats and what they’ve got to offer.Ergocomfy Standing Desk MatThe Ergocomfy mat comes large to provide plenty of room for movement. The mat measures 24 x 36 inches, making it larger than the Topo mat. And considering lack of good blood circulation to be one of the major causes of tired feet, Ergocomfy took this into consideration by sporting two massage sections in this mat. The massage sections help trigger muscle engagement and improve blood circulation. This mat is designed to accommodate at least 10 standing positions, a feature that lets you feel more energized while improving productivity at work. With this mat, you get a calculated terrain feature that motivates you to move more. And it doesn’t disappoint when it comes to quality. This mat is made of quality 100-percent polyurethane foam that’s covered in a pebbled skin. In short, it’s a mattress that’s built to last. What’s more, you also get the convenience of a hands-free edge positioning that lets you slide the mat more conveniently. This mat comes in black - a color that you may find quite handy in concealing any forms of dirt.Topo Standing Desk Anti-Fatigue MatTopo Mat is known for its exceptional quality - a quality that has made it one of the top choices for standing desk users. This is a mat that’s equipped with the next generation features to ensure that you get maximum comfort. Measuring 26 x 29 inches, the mat is spacious enough to provide lots of movement. Healthier standing has been factored in by incorporating a calculated terrain feature on the mat. This feature helps engage the muscles for easy exploring, articulation and stretching. Though it lacks the massage function to provide excellent blood circulation, the mat compensates for this with the cushioned terrain that triggers subconscious movement. The quality of this mat is quite good and compares well to that of Ergocomfy. It’s made of the same foam material - 100% polyurethane. With it, you get the sublime comfort of a durable pebbled skin that covers the mat. The mat slides easily and can even be repositioned with one foot. You get this mat in a range of colors to help match your taste. You can either choose to go for Obsidian black or Altostratus Grey.VerdictAfter drawing comparisons from the two mats, I decided to settle for Ergocomfy Mat over the Topo Mat. This is because the Ergocomfy Mat provides lots of extras. It’s more spacious and has got the most healthy benefits. This is a mat that’ll surely make me more productive as a standing desk user - a job that I really enjoy. And above all, I’m confident that it will last for longer and provide the most benefit for every penny spend.

Fidget Toy for Your Feet
This mat outright rocks. I left my adjustable height desk up for 3 days straight after it arrived--i'm talking 8 hour days. This mat really inspires movement and keeps my creative juices flowing. On day 1 my legs felt a little tired after 4 hours because I was moving so much. I thought for sure I would have to sit on day 2, but I felt rejuvenated the next day and the day after. With my Sky Mat (high quality flat mat) I can do about 4 or 5 hours straight standing, then I simply must lower it to seating height. This mat makes standing tons of fun. I wish I could use it in other places!I was eager for this mat to arrive and looked forward to it a great deal, but the TOPO mat is better than I could have imagined. It is clear that a great deal of research went into its creation because after roughly 50 hours of use, I can't think of more than one problem with the mat: that is you MUST remove it from the floor when not in use because it is definitely a tripping hazard.I have seen people writing that the mat is too large, but I think it creates a perfect little station at which to stand. Any smaller would be too confining. There is room to move my feet forward and back and side to side, allowing me to naturally shift my weight as I always would, but this mat really absorbs the impact of those movements and allows lots of different standing positions. The back ledge is my favorite for stepping back and looking at my monitor while stretching my calves.I am a pretty active person who stands almost all day at work, so I may not be the typical consumer who is just getting into standing desks, but let me say that this has reinvigorated my interest in standing at my desk. I used to simply endure standing at my desk for long periods of time, now it is so much fun and I never seem to get tired. Even after 8 hours I could go take a long walk or exercise or do anything else. This mat takes all the strain out of standing at the computer.I could go on forever about how great this mat is.Ver másVer menos

Surprisingly really good/pleasurable/satisfying
I don't normally write positive reviews, but this is pretty great. I work at home with a standing desk and I don't wear shoes. This mat literally allows me to stand up for much longer periods of time without back pain. I'm constantly shifting around on it--all the raised features feel quite pleasurable and satisfying on my arches--and the shifting around helps with back soreness. I have found that I just naturally move around, making adjustments to my stance when using this mat, like my body just knows where on the mat I should stand at any given moment. If you're having trouble standing at a standing desk for very long, I definitely recommend giving this product a try--you can return it you don't like it (keep the shipping box--the mat is big). I thought it was pricey, but now I'm happy having paid the price.Ver másVer menos

Good quality, a lot larger than expected. Not ideal if you are short.
I am 5’0” and I bought this because I spend all day long in front of a computer. This has changed the way I work at my stand up desk. The mat is cushy and well made. There are different ways to stand so you don’t get fatigued. I actually look forward to standing at my desk now. It helps you stay energized during long work days. This one is way too big for me so I’ll be exchanging for the smaller version. This is great for taller people, as indicated by the graph in the description.

Love this mat!
It's like having your feet massaged while you work at your desk. Absolutely brilliant but please (unlike the ads) remove your shoes!

Topo anti-fatigue mat - wish i'd bought it 2 years ago!
OK, I've been using a standing desk for a couple of years. Initially I put up with aching feet but then about 18 months ago I started wearing fit flop sandals and slippers, which were great at stopping the ache but whatever is inside the wedge wears out. Also, continued wearing of fit flops may have given my buttocks a work-out but hasn't done my feet any favours, they seem to be even more uncomfortable in any other shoes/boots.Researched anti-fatique mats and decided to buy this one because i can give my feet a good work out (either in socks or sof-tish soled slippers) and stretch my calves, which are very tight, whilst working. I stand in front of a computer for most of the day and i find this mat encourages me to move more than wearing fit flops ever did so my working posture is better as a direct result. Even if i just stand on the flat surface without using any of the humps/lumps to stretch anything, i get a lot less ache in my feet.Yes it's expensive compared to most other anti-fatigue mats available but I think it's well worth the investment.
