Great quality. Worth it.
Love the costume. Great quality. However, it was a little large in the bust area. I am a 34 DD and got the large because of the cup size and since costume norally run small. I wear a size six 6 dress. Yes, I'm all natural. I'm just weird proportions. The length is great. I'm a shy under 5'5" and the front hits me about mid thigh and the back hits at the knee. So you don't look skeezy. I exchanged it for the medium and the fit is perfect. The sleeves are a little flat. I will be cutting a small slit and stuffing them because I want the puffy. The hat doesn't stand up on its own due to shipping. I will be stuffing it, also. Both are easy fixes. It has a zipper in the back to help with getting in and out of it. I love it and cannot wait to wear it in New Orleans! I will be pairing it with the purple petitcoat and black tights as shown. But it looks great with magenta flats and a pair of fingerless over the wrist lace gloves complete it.Ver másVer menos

Hands down best costume ever
I'm buying this for Halloween (obviously) :D and I am so pleased with what I got~It's so so cute! My mom and grandma showered me with so many compliments when I tried it on for them.It fits pretty well too. I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 124lbs, and still losing weight, and the Medium fits perfectly. The shoulder area feels kind of tight, not too sure still, but that's probably just my own physique because I have broad shoulders. My bra size is also a 36 C, I was so scared that the chest area would be too tight but it's perfect. I would suggest wearing a bralette instead of an actual bra just to save some space in the chest area so it doesn't look like your girls are suffocating.It came really REALLY quick too. Like, within two days of ordering and I didn't choose fast shipping or anything so that made me happy! It came with everything pictured, the blue dress+green jacket (which is sewn together), the lace choker, and the hat. The leggings, boots, purple petticoat and lace gloves were the only things pictured that don't come with the outfit. You have to buy that separately and trust me, the dress looks so much cuter with the purple petticoat underneath.I'll probably buy a different outfit from this seller next year because I am so pleased!EDIT 11/1/17: I GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THIS OUTFIT LAST NIGHT~!!!Ver másVer menos

This costume is fantastic!!! It is so unique and seems to be well made. My only problem was the arms were small and didn’t have much give so initially, it was difficult to move. I pulled at them for a while which helped, but still tight. I usually wear a size 2-4 so I got a small. The zipper is one of those half zippers that is in the middle of the back. So it was really hard to put on and take off. Definitely needed backup or it would still be on. That said, it looked incredible and I got so many compliments and questions about where I got it and whether I made it. Duh. amazon!!!! I bought a cute purple petticoat and funky tights so it looked super cool. The hat was pretty wussie so I used an old mad hatter hat I had from another costume. This little number surprised me! Great outfit! Heads turned and so many compliments! I did add a peticoat for volume under the skirt which added the perfect dimension. I then took hair ties and twisted them under the top blue layer of the costume skirt to shorten it and give style! Cute the inner layer of the inside shoulders and added a little bubble wrap to puff them up and wore a black lace cami bra so the girls weren’t so exposed! The hat has loops so I slid a headband on it and stuffed it with bubble wrap to puff it up! Perfection! One of the best costumes I’ve ever purchased! I am 5’2 and 140lbs with wide rib cage and shoulders. Medium fit great! Highly recommend!Ver másVer menos

Love this. The skirt is a lot longer than what is pictured - bought the tutu also and the skirt actually hangs over it had to pull tutu down below hips so it would show like in picture. (I am 5’2 and 157 lbs 36DDD and plan on losing weight before the event- I bought a large) it is a bit tight but stretches just enough to zip and feel comfortable. I do need help getting it zipped if you are bigger than me especially chest wise I would recommend a larger size as it is a bit tricky when taking on and off as it does not unzip at the neck to step into zips between neck and waist - have to put on pulling over head. Great idea, but part of this costume will need work before wearing it.
The hat is a decorative piece that has loops to attach it to a headband or possibly to hairpins or barrettes. I feel like it would need to be stuffed with heavy tissue paper or crinoline to hold its shape. And since it’s stitched to both sides of the hat, the hat band may not stay in place without starching it.The costume is one piece and appears to be well made. It was cool and comfortable when I tried it on, but the vest is not stitched to the skirt and it shows my stomach when I raise my arms.It’s a great costume. Fits comfortably, runs true to size, and was a flattering look. The skirt length “hints” at being too short, but should work well with a black bikini or body suit.Ver másVer menos

Fun to add unique touches! Great costume!
I love this costume! I read the reviews before I got it, so I decided to go with the Medium, although according to the chart I should fit into a small. I'm glad I got the Medium, because the Small would've never fit! It was still a big snug, but I believe the costume is supposed to fit that way and the Large would've been too loose and looked funny. Based on the reviews I read also, I decided to reinforce each button and chain on the costume so they wouldn't fall off. They are pretty loose and are only held on by one piece of string. I imagine if I didn't reinforce them they may have popped off before the night was over. I, personally, liked the small hat included because I think it goes well with the costume. It sits on your head with a headband, but the headband doesn't have teeth so it falls off easily. If you could pin the hat onto your hair that would be better. I also stuffed Kleenex into it so it would sit up on my head and not look crushed down. One small negative, when I received it there was a tiny hole in the green fabric on the back just under the collar. Since it wasn't noticeable, I didn't send it back, I simply sewed the hole shut so it wouldn't get any bigger. It seems to be of decent quality, aside from the small hole and loose buttons and chains. I decided to use a black petticoat I bought on Amazon Women Petticoat Skirt 50s Dress Tutu Half Slips (Small, 2-Pack), as well as pink and black striped tights, also bought on Amazon ToBeInStyle Women's Colorful Opaque Striped Tights Pantyhose Stocking Hosiery - BLACK/HOTPINK - One Size. The gloves I am wearing in the picture I made from purple netting and pink ribbon, I did not buy them nor did they come with the costume. I walk with a cane in daily life, so I wrapped black netting and purple ribbon around my cane and put a bow on it with purple and pink ribbon so it would match the costume. I thought it matched quite well, and looked more like a prop than a medical necessity. It's usually difficult to incorporate my cane into most of what I wear, so I was happy about this! I put temporary purple dye in my hair and did crazy teal and pink makeup to complete the look. Overall, I'm very happy I bought this costume and will probably get a lot of use out of it for years to come!Ver másVer menos

Beautifully made, everything as pictured, tailored waist and nice material. Definitely a keeper.
Really lovely custome. I was a little concern about the sleeves as I have big forearms. The costume fitted nicely no issues. The faux waistcoat detail is beautiful. I tried it on and I knew it was a keeper. I didn't buy a petticoat but I think it can be worn without fine - with it probably great for the dramatic effect. I tried the hairband/hat and I think probably need to stuff the inside of the hat to make sure it stays in shape, but otherwise the hairband didn't give give me any issues (it is plain old black plastic but flexible enough and I have a large head...).I think I can wear this for any other Victorian dress up party as well.Ver másVer menos

Wunderschönes und hochwertiges Kostüm
Ich bin schon lange Kunde von Leg Avenue, seien es Dessous oder Kostüm-Artikel, weil die Marke einfach wunderschöne, einzigartige und relativ hochwertige Modelle hat.Auch dieses Kostüm ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Kleid ist ja einteilig, plus Halskragen und Hut und passt perfekt, kratzt nicht und man kann sich gut darin bewegen. Der Rock ist natürlich kurz aber mit einem Petticoat und einer blickdichten Strumpfhose (was ich sowieso an Karneval allein wegen den Temperaturen empfehlen würde), ist alles wieder okay. Gerade weil der Rock hinten länger, bis fast zu den Kniekehlen geht, ist es nicht so aufreizend. Durch den Halskragen wird auch das Dekolletee angenehm verhüllt und es ist trotzdem sexy. Den Hut habe ich noch mit Papier ausgestopft, damit er auch wirklich stehen bleibt, er sieht aber auch schon so super aus und durch den Haarreif ist er angenehm zu tragen.Ich habe mir Größe L bestellt, und bei 179 und einer normalen Figur passt es perfekt.Tipp: Eine passende Strumpfhose mit Hahnentrittmuster habe ich mir bei Calzedonia für kleines Geld gegönnt.
