Kirkman Melatonin
Melatonin is a good, natural way to help you sleep. I only take 3mg, that is enough for me. The chewable seem to be more fast acting, but they also sell slow release. We only buy Kirkman Vitamins.

Works Well. Now we all can get some sleep.
I give this to my daughter with ASD. It helps her sleep at night. This product works best on an empty stomach.
