Wilton Dab-N-Hold Edible Adhesive is an essential staple for precise cake decoration, keeping delicate details exactly where you want them. This clear food glue is ideal for bakery decorating when you need a dependable cake glue that holds fondant accents and dessert decorations securely in place. Designed as a strong cake adhesive that is easy to use, it works beautifully on fondant or slightly crusted buttercream surfaces, helping you create clean, professional-looking designs with confidence. This comes out of the bottle somewhat watery but sets up strong. I used it to glue eyeballs onto cookies. I allowed about 30 minutes before moving the cookies. It dries a tan color.

Adhesive was good. Could just be me but I had a hard time getting a small amount out it would always come out a lot which end up messing with what I’m trying to do.

Bought this to adhere some little hard candy pieces together to try and make a Christmas ornament. It doesnt harden very well and does have a slight aftertaste. Maybe okay for cakes and cookies but not bonding hard candy.
