Just started taking these
How much to say I know CLA pills are usually giant horse pills which I don’t mind these do what they have to. I go to the gym religiously in these help keep me towed along the side, my weightlifting and cardio do not expect to get toned if you’re not doing any sort of physical activity, but this will definitely help enhance that if you’re already doing these sorts of things, this is not a weight loss supplement. The only thing I suggest you doing is drinking a lot of water when you take these because I had a little bit of acid reflux and it burns really bad.Ver másVer menos

Like the product.., disappointed in quality
I like this product and think it is helping me. I do notice less bloating in my stomach area. However, I was disappointed that the tablets all stick together. Have a hard time getting out one or two to take - they are in a large lump in the bottle. Am hoping that this is just a one time issue as I've used Nature's Blend many times and their quatlity is usually very good.Ver másVer menos
