High quality zinc for immune support
Great zinc supplement from NOW Foods! The picolinate form is highly bioavailable and easy on the stomach. I have noticed improved immune support and faster recovery. Good potency at 50mg. NOW Foods always delivers quality supplements at a fair price.

great addition to my daily routine
This zinc supplement has been a great addition to my daily routine, especially during times when I want extra immune support. The zinc picolinate form seems easier on my stomach compared to other zinc supplements I’ve tried in the past. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that NOW Foods keeps their ingredient lists simple without a lot of unnecessary fillers. The bottle also lasts a long time with 120 capsules, making it a really good value.I’ve had consistently good experiences with NOW FoodsVer másVer menos

The acne- it's gone!
I'm 40 and have always had constant low-level acne, especially around my chin. I've seen dermatologists and been recommended prescription creams that worked, but made my skin very sensitive. For a while I had a cleanser that did a decent (but not perfect) job of keeping the acne down, but then it got discontinued. So believe me when I say that discovering zinc supplementation has been life changing! I have been taking one of these 50 mg capsules every other day for about 7 months now and no more zits. Like, at all.I'm sure zinc isn't the solution to everyone's acne problems, but it's worth a try if it's something you're struggling with. You do need to be consistent- apparently zinc gets flushed out of your system pretty quickly. I forgot my supplements when I went on a week long business trip and by the end of it I was getting new zits already. Likewise, if this is going to help you with your acne you'll likely notice a big difference within a week or two. These capsules from NOW Foods are small and easy to swallow, without any unpleasant taste. I haven't noticed any stomach upset or other issues with taking them.Ver másVer menos

My skin sensitivity is gone!
After taking GLP-3 Retitutide my skin felt like pins and needles especially my upper body. After taking this for 2 weeks it went away completely! I stay on this since I'm on a maintenance dose of GLP. Highly recommend if you are the 7% that get this side effect from any GLPs.Ver másVer menos
