Excellent & high quality Country Life are products you can rely on! This helps me in so many ways I get a good nights sleep more easily do to menopause, relaxes my muscles & good blood flow in my legs no more restlessness especially at night! You have to be consistent on taking them faithfully to see best results! Magnesium is important.
I've been taking this brand and another (interchangeably) for about two and half years, and I've seen my sleep improve and my muscles relax--no more Charlie horses! I used to work in the food industry as a cashier, I was on my feet for 8+ hours and when I would get home, I could barely walk and my calves were swollen. Lifting my legs would help, but I'd still be in pain the next day; once a friend introduced me to magnesium... WOW!!! It changed my life (and also some good compression socks!).Silica is great for the bones, I have an old injury (broke my ankle as a kid) and the pain was excruciating, especially, when the weather changed or it rained. Great Vitamins
These are very good vitamins. Most Americans are low in Magnesium because of Florid in our drinking water that prevents Magnesium absorption. I drink purified water and take these vitamins which help with over 300 processes in the human body. Having a good Magnesium level can give you better health. Not for me
My body is very sensitive when I took it. It did help me sleep, but I only took it one time because it had affect on me so I stopped but I’m pretty sure this is a good product but it’s just not for me.

Good product I've used for years.
It's a mix of magnesium compounds that is well tolerated.

Magic if you don’t like Charlie horses
I’ve tried multiple types of magnesium. This one is the only one that makes the cramps stop within 24 hours and keeps them away as long as I take it.
